There is a small cutlery section at bottom right. A quick snap, I didn't take time to clean up, sorry. Mine is very old, the modern ones may be slightly different.

In much the same way as you can wean yourself from nicotine, you can wean yourself from throat hit. I found that cinnamon or aniseed made good replacements. Some people like to use vodka in mixes, that may work as well.

+1 on the Bosch Classixx slimline model. Mine hasn't missed a beat in about 10 years. Great machine with a good energy rating too.

I'm a big fan of TPA's Cinnamon Spice, but be careful, a little goes a long way. I usually use 4% or less depending on what I'm mixing it with, usually coffee or caramel.

It's a small bowl so small fish are a must. If it's freshwater, and you're water is not too hard, I'd recommend a few of these. They are Cardinal Tetras and look great when they shoal. You can buy them from 1/2 inch or so in size and they'll never grow more than 1 inch in that bowl.

I've just finished a long trial of these and they are excellent quality when you've found the sweet spot [for you] on mixing. For me, these are outstanding.. e-Flavour Inawera 10ml, TOBACCO CAPPUCCINO @ 5% e-Flavour Inawera 10ml, TOBACCO COFFEE @ 5% e-Flavour Inawera 10ml, TOBACCO COGNAC @ 7% e-Flavour Inawera 10ml, TOBACCO VANILLA FOR PIPE @ 7% I find I like them as they are, but you can add sweetener etc. to taste. I don't know if you'd call them a real tobacco flavour, but they are a change from the usual "nutty" tobacco flavours. I mix at 30% PG 70% VG but you can change that without affecting the taste too much, I'm sure. There are more in the range and I'll be trying some more of them on the next order. They say steep for two days ??? but I find a month about right.

Why not get 10ml of 15mg and 10ml of 20mg of your choice of liquid and mix them together, you'll then have 20ml of 17.5mg.

Thanks, I'd forgot I had a testing tool, left over from my short experiment with dripping. It's show 3.9?. I think it happens with all this batch of cartos.
As I said, not a problem, just curious.

As far as I can remember, it's a single coil cart I'm using atm. I'm using it now and it's showing 3.6?. ??? This means to get 5.5 W it's showing 4.4 V. It may be an istick problem, perhaps.

Since I've started using the istick, I now can see the resistance continuously. I'm using 2.4? cartos and find they rise to 4.8? over a few days. They can then go up and down from 3.0? back to 4.8?, sometimes in a matter of minutes.
It's not a problem when the istick is set to watts, I'm more just curious as to the cause. Is it just gunk? or is something else going on?

@macushla Sabrina @ e-smokeireland.eu was very helpful to me when I started 1 year ago today. She gave me a good starting kit [Aspire maxis and ego batteries] and I haven't smoked since. I now use carts almost exclusively but still remember that starting kit fondly.

I have the same problem. I have to adjust the centre pin with almost every atty change. The adapter that came with it is part of the problem. I'll just use it till it breaks and then go with the new 30W version with spring loaded pin.

The H.S.E. regulations can be a problem for patients. Most Irish hospitals are large university hospitals and you can travel anything up to 1/2 mile to leave the grounds. Smoking or vaping is then impossible for most patients. I spend a lot of time in hospitals so I've switched to vaping with 0% nic and just give up vaping when in for treatment.
