on the egos the postive wirefrom the battery only goes to the switch....maybe the pos to ground wire is somthing to do with the manuel switch? other than that its same as you described the sdk.

hehe i got one of these yesterday, been looking for ages for something....yeh its not that big filled it up right away and need something else now. they got a 16inche for 4 quid too.

incidentally i went into 99p store straight after and they had the same one minus the tray.......cant remember how for though.

martin....theres a hole to the right of the orange tab thingy that you can put a padlock through.

if you drop or bang your laptop the harddriv eventually breaks cos of the moving parts ..well moving an ssd drive is more ike a usb stick ie yo can drop it.
also you dont have to defrag your drive and access times to all parts of you hdd faster as you dont have to wait for the drive to warm up and start spinning.

i got an ssd and its a pain in the arse...xp doesnt have the realavant drivers so its always a sod to install.

saying that my total boot up time on linux is less than 10secs/
