summerof0763 Yes it sounds like the threads on the zmax are wearing out. Here is a link to airflow you need 510-510 airflow
You can put them on like in the pic below which is mine and tighten them down so they don't unscrew when you change tanks over.
Try to look after the threads until you get it, if they go to far then this wont work either.

Hi kennedy welcome to the forum. Although I would expect Ego/Ce4 battery to last for around 400 charges at least, it looks for what you said, that it could be worn out already.
When batteries wear out, they will charge but not hold the charge. Usually though this would be progressive and you will have noticed the time getting shorter before each charge was needed. It wouldn't usually just go from working as expected to suddenly not working.
Do you have 2 batteries? and is it doing the same if you try the other battery? |

I think what will benefit you the most is finding a few flavours that you enjoy vaping.
Another vv/vw mod wont be any different in terms of the vapour than the vv v3 that you have.
Using the same tank with the same coil and juice on another regulated mod will be just the same.
Different tanks and coils make more of a difference taste and vapour.
If your looking for more flavour choices take a look at the LT ecigs range.

 for your help Greg and hijack should have thought of the coil but not with it at moment. suffering with the heat last few days badly glad it's a little cooler today It had to be the coil Claire.  Sometimes even new ones don't work. |

Hello, I've only just received my Vamo v5 and it doesn't work, when I put a battery in the shell it recognised that it was in their and the vamo logo would turn on, I would press the button five times and it will turn on, I can scroll through the menu when it is turned on but when I press the firing button it just flashes to another screen and turns off, please help me I have no idea what the problem is. The tank I am using is a I clear 30s and the battery's are ultrafire 18650 5600 mah 3.7v The atomiser is around 2.2 omes  danny aside from your batteries... It would seem your your vamo has issues! As you said it's new I'd return it to vendor (as I did!) If the're not responding try other means of contact- tel/email/pm them if they're on this forum? A post on their facebook page works wonders... Who did you buy it from? The flashing and it turning off is due to there not being enough power in the battery so its shutting down just like when the battery drops below 3.2V. Its clearly a fake battery as you cant get 5600 mah batteries, even trustfire themselves don't make a 5600mah battery. So if trustfire didn't make it who did? Some guy in china sitting in a shed a packaging 60mah pellet batteries into 18650 cases more than likely.

my vtr works fine with all the other atty's it's just the aerotank and it doesn't work on my mvp either hijackI would say its the coil Claire, and I suppose, from our chat that you are waiting on replacements to arrive?
When I get my heads from myepack Ill do a couple for you and send them off. Wont be till about Wednesday though as I only ordered on Saturday.

clairea a reading of A0.0 would suggest a short in the clearo as no tank on at all it will read 'non'. I know you have probably checked this already, but is the atty screwed into the base tightly? and have you tried to swap for a new atty in the base to see if its that?

I So Rainbow heaven. The Freak have a V3 style update for the V1-V2 euphoria. no NONRES wire needed. I have the update for Hercules: VERY IMPRESSED. Thanks mate I I didn't know there was a version that didn't need no res wire, ill take another look on their site and see if I can find it, im using pre welded wire and twisting 2 together to give .9 Ohm. I thought the vape may be improved by using thicker wire but haven't tried making my own yet. |

danny Yes Its a fake battery you have got from ebay or from dodgy vendor just take a look at the little video on my guide battery guide and im affaid this is what you have ended up with. Use the vendors I linked in the guide to get genuine batteries and make sure you choose a suitable battery IMR/Hybrid, there is a list of recommended batteries included in the guide. If you read it through youll be more informed when buying. Any questions after reading just ask.

so what protective finish you gonna use? Hope plating was a jest. Oil blue it!! No I wasn't jesting. I use the atty exclusively in my Gizmo that has a brass switch and it looked the bizz when I used a gold protank in it, so wanted to achieve the same look with this.

Yeh the KFL is good, airflow can be a bit tight for some but a v2 has a bigger airhole or a drill can help with that.
Not got the others you mention but the taifun has some removable inserts that allow you to tailor the airflow to suit.
Not thought about the kraken because I think you need to use wire mesh and I haven't tried that yet.
I have a fogger v4 on its way to me that looks promising but again not tried for myself yet.

The aerotank lives in my VTR I use a micro with cotton in it and it and it stays on 15w.
The 30s was a pretty good tank I thought, it was only when I started making coils that I abandoned it in favour of the aerotank

I got the an appo clone from FT and I really like it, plenty of airflow if you need it and the adjustment is good. Not tried the x clone but it looks nice, my brass stingray is still my favourite mod out of what I have.  Went for the copper version to go with my nemi |
