Samples great (Annie - I forgot to say a couple of months ago) Orders for friend Great * 2 and small staple tobacco flavour order for myself ( lairey was wonderful on Sunday, btw - which is related to mine) Spent a little while yesterday late afternoon & email in the evening with Steve (Ash?) about website (hint - Worldpay works even if Paypal isn't handshaking correctly). Hi @19steve57 and kittyvapeOk, it appears we have taken advantage of a courier service to trial which we thought would be of benefit for you to get hold of goods quicker. It seems however that this might not suit all if failed deliveries (not being in). Hopefully you got details of the tracking and it includes the ability to reschedule to a beneficial time. It's being trialled like I said but if you want to opt out leave a message in the order notes. Apologies, we should have notified better but we were trying to bring a better service |

Ash I did choose that; £1.95, 2nd class standard. That's why I was so surprised to get a text on Friday about Interlink delivery today, and thought they must have texted the wrong person ... even looked up online to see if it was a scam. I definitely didn't choose courier delivery. Much prefer to wait a little while and it just come through the door, no hassle. Can you pm me your order number and will check for you ... |

Hiya, is there any shipping option that doesn't involve a courier? I'd chosen the cheapest delivery option, thinking the small order would just pop through the door. Much as I love the concs/juices, and was over the moon to see the creme brulee conc become available, without a simple delivery option, I can't order. 3 little bottles of conc could easily be delivered through the door. Not having a go here btw; just hoping can order. I can order 120ml+ (unicorn bottles) elsewhere, and that arrives through the door a couple of days later (free first class). Again, no offence intended.  Hi kittyvape ... might be worth logging onto the live chat feature when you have the chance there is a straight 2nd class post option that is available |

I'm gutted they don't do Pastel De Nutter concentrate, it's a lovely juice. Trust me to fall for one of the premium ones  Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards Good news ... as previously posted, the premium and standard ranges are now merged into a single line at standard pricing. This means concentrates for juices like Pastel will soon be available |

Yeah that should happen but I have no sign of timescale as yet. If you have noticed we have flattened the range so there are no longer premiums. Tastes are hard to classify as to what is premium but we have tried to classify against complexity of mix and flavour. What this means is that the old premiums will be now available at std price and concentrates for them will be available. Will keep you posted with an announcement when they are ready. Also coming soon will be a full range of non-blended concentrates Thanks Ash That sounds great. Yes, the standard and premium are both so perfectly blended, sounds great to streamline them that way. Great about prices, and new non-blends on the way too ... have discovered I can't vape tobacco juices, but the coffee/hazelnut/cocoa flavourings are really nice ... be cool to use individually, as well as in the hazelnut latte (next concentrate order). Thanks about keeping posted. Thanks for the feedback. What is premium or not is entirely subjective nowadays. Personally I think (hope) all our range is premium but not stupidly priced. We have a heap of tasks to get through such as msds availability of the concentrates, new sampler batches, r&d mixes, which juice to launch next. Its definitely an eye opener going from diyer into vendor status. You are always learning in this business. |
