It's called that as it has an adjustable platform to change airflow.. in theory at least. I just use it to protect my threads.. the adjustable platform just keeps it looking neat as you can use it to reduce the gap between tank and mod.
I use them on all my mods apart from my 20w istick which has the bendable adaptor on.

Just tried Brigadier B... lots of sweet banana like sydsut said it's like the sweeties. Some Banana juices I've tried have been very artificial.. this one is nice although a little too sweet for an ADV. |

Nicotine levels also seem to be a factor. I got some nic free Kingslayer which stayed perfectly clear.
