As you're mainly using Inawera fruits, which are quite intense . . . I'd start a lot lower on those, maybe 5% and 12-15% of VC ruffdog. 1% sweetener and maybe a little French Vanilla Deluxe if you have it. Otherwise the fruits will overpower the custard. Poor dobby I just mixed him up some orange at 20% hope it isn't tooooo strong. I suppose could always mix it with something else. It will be ok ill mix it with some other flavours mate |
