alex05 what about the orders placed in October that haven't made it through customs and have been returned by the shipping company? Are you going to fulfil these orders and attempt to ship again to us? Or do they have to be processed etc again and won't be dealt with until Nov 16th? I'd like some clarification on this before I decide whether to request a refund or not... I mean I don't mind waiting but ain't gonna wait forever for this, and seeing it's out of stock elsewhere I'm prepared to see how this plays out before I make my next move. Hi Cammy, of course we will send the returned orders if you wanna wait. As we said "Our current shipping company may cancel the contract with us, and we need to find a new shipping company to work with", we are contacting new shipping partner now. It takes a few days to find the partner and resend the packages.

The people who have already had a tracking number are emailing him for what exactly? He's going to trot round to the carriers and have a look for it? Phoning isn't an option, as there are many that aren't tracking. Presumably that will be the case for many vendors. People do deal with things their own way, panic and moaning usually, and a couple have been less than polite about it. "take note evkoo guy" being one risible example. The rep's response that November is a busy time with carriers as the Christmas rush has begun was also met with scorn. Makes sense to me. I know people who have already started Christmas shopping on the high street. Perhaps my comments may make some people lose their "bad feelings". The first dispatch was two weeks ago. Money back guaranteed. That is a very presumptuous statement. People have a right to contact the support rep on here or by email, as is their wish. It has nothing to do with you. If you have no argument with the vendor or the system that the vendor uses, then why are you even getting involved. We seem to be having a problem with trolls on here just lately and I believe your remarks are in no way constructive and are just designed to inflame other members.....Shame! I'm here to support you guys. No need to argue on this point

Poor show, chaps! First rule of business - don't accept money from your customers until you have the item they order in stock. Hope you are reading this alex05 - I have an iStick on order with a friend, and we are now ordering from a UK source instead. 2 iSticks lost there, and I guess there will be more to follow. This is a great shame, but hopefully lessons will be learned from the mess, and Chinese companies won't take money first then organise the manufacture of items next. I'm very disappointed Hi chykensa, I know we are not doing well this time and won't find any excuse for ourselves. These days the manufacturer is working day and night to try to supply the huge demand. Even eleaf is astonished by the demand. Sorry to disappoint you.

AG905363134CN mine still doesn't exist must be very, very and still in treatment and if the numbers actually mean anything isn't mine BEFORE yours? or maybe not Hi sleedale, the shipping company doesn't really process the package according to the tracking number. They stamped tracking info on each package first, and then start scanning the packages. They may process thousands of packages at the same time, and it is hard for them to strictly follow the tracking number order. I believe your tracking will show really soon.

Hi alex05, I hope you had a good rest last night. My tracking No. appeared on my account over 8 days ago but is failing to track, just like many on here. Many of us are at the point where we are starting to feel unhappy with Evkoo service. You are a new vendor to us and so we have to put a lot of faith in companies that we have not dealt with before. At this point in time we need truthful answers to the reasons why we are waiting so long as I am starting to feel that I am less trustful of your company. We need to start seeing these tracking numbers confirming our goods have been posted, as up until now, we don`t have any confirmation other than a number supplied by Evkoo. It could very soon get to the point that customers will be asking for a refund along with registering a Paypal dispute for non delivery. I do hope you can put our minds at rest. November is a peak time for cross-boarder shipping company, and it takes longer for us to see the status.

I pm'd Alex just after last post. Very quick replies, order status now complete ... email and tracking number received. Thanks Alex I do agree, prior to last 2 pages here, information had been very lacking and that is something evkoo need to address and it appears are doing so. From my point of view, Alex has now been trying to rectify this and must be running around like a headless chicken. Now we are getting good interaction and better information I am prepared to wait and see how this pans out. Ah .. I didn't see robby's post before ... a supply and demand thing! Headless chicken

I've never ordered anything from China before, but took a punt on this, because of the price. I sort of knew it would take a looooooong time to arrive, so bought one from Ash so I actually have one.......which is lovely.......and now, well, I'm sure the one from Evkoo will get here eventually, and when it does, at the price I paid, it will be a bonus. And sometimes I have trouble remembering the time difference, so have to allow extra time to replies to queries. It's sad that people have been disappointed but it'll all work out in the end. Patience people........good things come to those who wait? Only panic if you have absolutely nothing else to vape with......maybe? Well it's a thought........ Hi sleedale, thanks for your kind understanding, but it is true that we don't reply queries in time, which makes some customers nervous.
