Thanks for your help and I know you try your best to sort out our problems,but when your site state 3to5 days delivery and actually you don't have it in stock and from my order date to your delivery date is 5 weeks plus that's where the problems occur, if you had stated that it was not going to be delivered until the 25th of January then there would not have been a issue on that note I would like to proceed with a refund to my PayPal account thanks PJ 1967

Here's my order number i ordered this item over a week ago it stated 3'to 5 days for product dispatch,
I spoke to you on here and you said it was out of stock and it will be restocked at the end of the month I just looked on your website and it states that it will not be shipped until 25th of January can you please verify that for me if that's the case can you arrange a full refund to my PayPal account thanks PJ 1957

Hi so isabel22 technically it's not in stock and it was a waste of money upgrading shipping to get here quicker I think this the problem where you do flash sales of items that are not in stock thanks pj
