New mod I'm working on

Another prototype arrived today, pics don't do it much justice in artificial light, I'll try take better pics tomorrow, but I'm quite happy with it.
I have made some significant changes and improvements to the logo and layout design since this was ordered. This was a test of measurements and the dimensions of the box and inlay. All fits together really well and feels good in hand.
I've also decided to use SLS Nylon rather than Allumide, as the cost of prints in that material are unfortunately rather high, so this will be a one off. Unless otherwise requested.

Calling this one the Black Pearl, there will also be a White Pearl which will be....white, of course and feature green abalone and then the finalised Illuminati mod will also be available.
The complete and tested designs for all three should be available by the end of Feb beginning of March latest.
Hopefully at least someone will be interested haha, and thanks for putting up with my ramblings

thebishman It does look a bit worse in the close up pic, but it definitely needs to be reduced, I'm glad you mentioned it though, sometimes you miss things when you've looked at them for so long. I've revised the design and added a few touches lacking in the prototype

Im definitely going to be getting into regulated squonkers down the line, hopefully I get a bit of support along the way as any profit I manage to make will be going straight back in to bigger and better things. Hoping this is just the beginning

Grandad thanks for your positive comment. I'm finalising a design (hopefully) people will really like.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist and it's a project of passion, so it's taking a while I'm trying to do something a bit different using mother of pearl, tortoise shell and a few other interesting materials.
It should be ready by the end of Jan.

I'm on a few Facebook groups too (busy setting my own up atm its a shame it can be so difficult to get the mods you want. Partly why I gave up and decided to get into making my own.
Also I found squonkers were never made for left handed people, discrimination against a minority....unacceptable!

Appreciate the feedback thebishman . Yeah its a mech. I'd definitely be asking a fair price, similar to some other 3D printed mechs on the market. But will come with silver contacts and other touches that should hopefully appeal to fellow squonkers
