Hello Kreed, Its true this is a problem with the site. I'd like to explain to you, when the manufacturer cannot provide the goods of stop production, the page will show out of stock. Most of time, it didn't show because another pieces of goods on road and we ordered from manufacturer already. And the homepage says ships with 3-5 business days, we must do apology, ecig is one of the depart in Gearbest. The whole site shows the shipping time with 3-5 days because other products can be shipped by DHL. Your response above details exactly why you/we have a problem. The only items that should show in stock are the items actually sitting in your warehouse(s).
"another pieces of goods on road" - Is at best in transit. Certainly NOT in stock. Only add to stock when received at warehouse.
"we ordered from manufacturer already" - Status to Gearbest is "On order" - definitely NOT in stock. Only add to stock when received at warehouse.
If you were to apply these two simple rules and implement a "real time" stock control system, your customers would have a better understanding of your stock status and maybe it might help to repair your companies poor reputation with some of the members here. Hello norfolkphil, I completely understand your words and really appreciate for the support on advice. I also hope we can do this and we suggest a lot, this is also that the gearbest need to improve. Its the truth that we growing up so fast that ignore some point in the past, and i think all could be improved day by day next year. i agree with kreed you make an order thinking its in stock as it states "Ships within 3-5 business days" only to find its not and there is a long wait recently i made an order for some LG HG2 batteries , thinking they were in stock but they out of stock so i contacted customer services and changed them to Samsung 25rs to cut a long story short i only recieved half of the batteries i ordered and had to fight to get the $15 (the other half of the battery order)back witch took approx 6weeks, in the end i sent a screen shot of my pay pal account showing how much i paid all this could have been avoided if the product page contained up to date stock info like fasttech do Hello bones, Yes, its a problem for you and all friends and we are trying to solve this issue. Sometimes it didn't show out of stock, because the goods on road and we ordered from manufacturer already. And when it shows out of stock, it means clients cannot make an order or manufacturer also lack of goods to offer.  The DNA200 mod looks lovely isabel22 . I very much like the wooden finish and contrast with brushed steel. The wood will match my furniture perfectly I think, depending on the chip and whether it's been proven reliable, between £80 and £110.
