isabel22 I just noticed that the EUR warehouse ships to 22 European countries but not Ireland, are there any plans to change this? I am asking my colleague who is in charge of this job, when i get the answer, i will let you know first. @cork45 we added the Ireland !!!! |

The point I was making was that I couldn't contact YodelDirect. The phone number I have connects to an automatic system which asked me for the delivery number. When I entered it the system said "I can't help you, contact your supplier". Their website did the same thing. It went on doing that for 4 days, your support center was no help, so I tried a post here. However, I just tried yet again, and this time I got a response, and the system said they are delivering Monday. No idea of what time. So another day to stay in all day. It is a bad process, particularly if the tracking system is as described above. If there is no answer at the door the parcel should be left with a neighbour or in a specified safe place - YodelDirect's card says they'll do that. If you think you need a signature then use the Post Office because we can all collect from our local PO - it is close enough, we know where it is, and we don't have to keep ringing for 4 days. Incidentally, 02591405 is the Companies House registration number for their parent company, and is of no use at all. The phone number of their automated system is 0800 157 7777. Well, I stayed in all day, again, and it didn't come. I can't see me doing that a third time. Their phone system has gone back to telling me to contact my supplier. Consider yourself contacted isabel22Can you find out where it is? If it is reasonably local I can fetch it. Failing that, get them to contact me to arrange a delivery time - you have my email. Failing that, send it to me by Royal Mail. If you can't manage any of those things, I'd like my money back please. do you tried to contact the local post office, my colleague told me , when the package arrived in Uk, it will be delivered by local post . |

There's a UK warehouse? It would be good to know which products are in UK already isabel22  so far for the ecig, only a fews of ipv d2, but we are preparing for the stock about most of the ecig product in UK, in the near future, delivery from UK directly will come ture. |

smokingaces am I reading this right, you ordered the item at 10pm UK time and it was at your door lunchtime the next day? Edit: Any package I get from Gearbest gets a new postal label once it reaches the country, would the delivery crowd have done the same for you? not sure but looked on Wednesday and the product was still not despatched, was on back order, was not too bothered as had my other stuff so just though I would wait got home saturday and there was my ipv d2 happy days have not put it down since love it great little device. Have notice when Gearbest use Yodel i get might items within 5 days yet have a tank that went by Belgium post and been 20 days now still waiting. Hi Isabel i understand now. was just strange that the link directed me to the tracking company which showed the above information until 3 days ago. hopefully it will be here by monday or i will have to buy the same bag again from a uk company with next day delivery as i will not be home after 7 days before i fly to america on 2nd september. fingers crossed. also i hope they deliver your package before you depart for Americia. and have to remind you, they just deliver the package once, if you are not at home, you have to contact them and go to their post to pick it up. |

Another delivery problem isabel22Order number is WW1507190405009632. It shipped July 30th. YodelDirect tried to deliver it 6/8/15. We were out, they left a card with nothing written on it, none of the boxes ticked. I thought they'd deliver it the next day but they didn't. I tried to get in touch with them but their system is automatic and said to contact you. Since then I've been trying to resolve it with your support centre - Ticket T15080772237 - but the last message from them is clearly from someone who either doesn't understand the problem or couldn't be bothered to read about it. YodelDirect obviously have it in the country somewhere unless they've sent it back to you. I'd be happy to pick it up if it's reasonably local, but I can't find out where it is. It's a Goliath v2 by the way. Hi, your package is shipped out with SingPost Unregistered, since you not bought the tracking number, they just deliver the package one time, if you are not at home, they will not send it again, onething you can do is contact them where is the post , and you go to pick it up. dont rely on the tracking info as its kak. still waiting for a bag ordered mid june. pre ordered. then back ordered. then delayed. 24-Jul-2015 06:44 PM Departed Warehouse to Sort Facility. 24-Jul-2015 10:27 PM Shipment picked up. 25-Jul-2015 06:44 PM Departed Sort Facility to UNITED KINGDOM now the link for the tracking just says undefined. its still got 7 days as then im not home until i fly to vegas. Hi, I think your tracking number is Unregistered , so you can not find more tracking information about your package if your total amount of order is not over 40$ and you did not bought an tracking number registered. |
