Hi xtc. Our site is set up so that when there's EXACTLY £3, or EXACTLY £6 in the basket, the free shipping rate appears. If you add other things to the order (so it's more or less than either £3 or £6) the free delivery option disappears. We do however have 2nd class for £1.95 below £20, and all orders over £20 include free recorded delivery.
If you are placing multiple sampler orders, you can place each order separately so the free delivery option remains.

Sorry for delayed response; didn't get the message form Ash til this morning! I don't know why our offer codes have decided to stop working but I've chased our developers this morning so hope for a quick resolution. You know when you've been looking at something for so long that you miss the bleeding obvious? Well, that's where I'm at with our website after all this time of looking at it! All juices ship as 50-50 unless you tick the button to request 30-70. I'll make sure that's more obvious right now  |

Little secret, Baklava is one of my faves! Along with Red's Dead, Man Cakes, Che Fernandez and Smoak.
I've vaped a lot of them and those are the ones I could happily vape for the rest of my life.
Well, they would be if I hadn't just been testing some of Ash's new recipes which are absolutely stunning! We may have to release some more flavours soon...

Hi Scaffman - sorry, the reason you got charged postage was because this offer is limited to one pack per customer... you may have overlooked that on the original post So basically, we have a free shipping option that ONLY appears when there's exactly £3 ordered. That's why the shipping was charged on top. We'll have to refund you I'm afraid - if everyone does that we'll burn through the rest of our stock in no time at all and we wanted as many people to benefit as possible. |

Thanks for the reviews Spikey I personally haven't tried french toast at low watts... I vape mainly rebuildables between 20-65 watts (atty depending of course). I find that with more power the bread taste becomes a background note, whereas the foreground is a nice sweet cinnamon, with the maple and cinnamon tones combining beautifully. Having read your description I'm going to have to try this at low watts and go oldschool with the atty choice, and see what happens! |

Basically from the homepage onwards we display our cookie policy and ask people to accept the use of cookies, as in accordance with EU law. The truth is, technically, all eCommerce websites MUST use cookies for things like remembering what's in your shopping basket, if nothing else (generally called 'session variables', which are usually stored in cookies).
The age gateway if I'm honest is something I'm still not 100% happy with in terms of function and I've asked our developers to revisit it. I originally asked for it to be designed in that way so that once a user has said they're over 18, they shouldn't see that message again for 7 days if they enter from the same computer (which of course, requires a cookie). However, it's not doing that properly at the moment. The fact that we also don't display the cookie warning on the gateway page is a bit of an oversight.
If your browser is configured to reject cookies then I can see why you're not getting past that page at present. Apologies for the inconvenience and I'll put the pressure on the developers to revisit this as soon as possible.

Thanks for the feedback Greg! I think the 'testing' category was a mistake on our developers' behalf earlier. We have a separate testing website and they inadvertently updated live as opposed to testing, hence the rogue categories! Most of the stuff we're waiting for now is to help us with the back end/order processing... with the exception of PayPal. We'll definitely have a PayPal option available at some point this week. Hopefully sooner rather than later. We're thinking about re-running our samplers offer, as a lot of people have said they will only shop with PayPal. We've got more tutorials coming online soon, which won't be so commercial (in terms of recommending products to buy from us)! When they're ready I'll update this thread. If AAEC would like to feature them in the beginners section, of course, we'd be delighted! I hate that beginner's guide video. My girlfriend convinced me to try a bit of make-up for camera and eye make-up didn't agree with me. I look like I've spent a weekend smoking nefarious substances or something! Sod's law dictates that it's the most prominent video that features me looking my worst  |

Oh! I see  We were hoping to have PayPal up and running for launch but for some reason the ETA from our developers is another 10 days to complete that work and test it. So yes, we will have a PayPal option, but sadly it won't be for a week or two. I should have had the PayPal icon removed for now (will chat to our developers in the morning). Back to discount codes... Rather than run a discount code we thought we'd just run a discount, hence you can buy all of our samples for much less than half the price of a 10ml bottle of juice at present |
