Yip pricing of the rare whiskies are remaining high at the moment and I can't see that changing any time soon, it is amazing how each distillery smells different and nice one on buying your Bushmills cask (it's only a pity you have to pay duty on it when it's removed  ) I'm from Bushmills and I've probably seen your cask in the warehouse but I didn't recognise your name. There was one for a Mr. T Cruise tho. Probably the closest I'll ever get to tasting it!! The distillery reserve (only available on site) is a lovely dram even if I do prefer Scotch Malts myself! brewster - what distillery are you in - I see it's Diageo who used to own Bushmills. Ironically after a period of Pernod ownership it's now Jose Cuervo who are in charge in Bushmills!! I'm at Teaninich Distillery (Diageo) not a very famous or familiar one for most people but an essential part of the Johnnie Walker blends |

Yeah the Japanese are getting good at the blending and this one is getting good reviews. Here's a link for a rare bottle from the distillery I work at, not many of these about and I have been fortunate enough to taste this one. |
