Was absolutely amazing, brilliant loved swam and walked so much it was perfect for both sightseeing and sunbathing , which was good as my friend wanted to sunbathe I wanted to site see so we both really enjoyed ourselves. I took about 700 hundred photo's , I am currently posting my favourites into Blogger, not putting any narrative on at present but if anyone wants a peek kaafh.blogspot.co.uk/ I will be putting pics up over tonight and next few days if necessary. I may or not add narration t a later date. Oh and for anyone that is nervous about taking liquids etc abroad I travelled with only hand luggage had 4 ego's with me , 10 cartos (five pre-filled) 7 pre-filled CE2's and 12 bottles of juice varying between 5 and 20 ml, I only used 5 bottles the whole week and emptied none, and no-one batted an eye lid. |

Awww VB , glad you like it had missed this thread and was wondering if you had received it  I did have a Blonde moment as I walked away from post box and think , did I actually put a stamp on it ? I had no large 1st class stamp letter in my purse and you've made no reference to postal charges so I guess I did lol! I still have at least two visions ( should have three but not sure where the extra one is ) so I may revisit them one day, but going to try freezing my boges next and see how I get on with that first |

ohhh I loved Poland Hissie , went to Gdansk, cycled to Warsaw (charity event), then went to Krakow, went to salt mines and Auschwitz too , Auschwitz was very moving, experience was marred by a bunch running about screaming, laughing smoking fags in the gas chambers could not BELIEVE my eyes when they pulled out an Israeli flag at the remberance bit with candles , truly a WTF moment! Going on my hols tomorrow can't wait !!I will have piccies Oh and I'm reading a book called Hollywood station its a crime book its ok |

It seems people are scared of damaging it for you kirsty - another example of how great people here are. It's a pretty robust bit of kit though I know oneday if only they knew I attacked my Riva's with a screwdriver and Macca had to fix them after a month of owning them yet the LT has somehow managed to survive living four months with me...... |

There's an increased risk of Alzheimer's and senile dementia with vaping. At least, there's an increased chance of living long enough to get them. Mr Clive Like others have said there is some evidence OUT THERE that nicotine aids dementia sufferers , I can't immediately link to it but I have seen evidence there are a number of studies out there that are trying to establish if there is any proof in this at the moment. As for health risks with vaping I am of a belief that until long term studies have been undertaken (I'm talking between 20 and 50 years ) you can't rule it out, as electronic cigarettes have been around less than ten years we won't be able to rest on our laurels for a good while yet ....... BUT six months plus of vaping have shown me that I no longer cough when I laugh , although I still smoke a wee bit smokers really STINK!, and my fitness has now improved so much that I am undertaking a challenge to raise money for charity (see the tiny weblink at bottom of my signature ) . So there are risks with vaping we really don't know what its doing to our bodies but the benefits I've seen so far far out weigh any risks , and in my book is definitely a risk worth taking ... I think a lot of us when we start vaping secretly want to hear that vaping is bad for us so we can go back to our beloved ciggy's , but after a while you realise that if you can't give up old nic, you can get by without the rest of the baddies |

Thanks guys, really excited, weather set to be in high twenties not sure how my pale scottish skin will cope, going to Dubrovnik looks beautiful so my sunseeking and site seeing bones are going to be chuffed...........

After your story Colli I was welling up- just went downstairs and heard my Dad talking on the "phone", wondered what he was doing so went to have a look and he was Skype ing a cousin he's never met and he's so pleased to have finally met his cousin even if it was over the internet , my Dad never met any of his cousins until he was in his fifties now he's met two at the ripe old age of 64! Going on holiday for a week and not taking my lt so thought I'd offer it up to anyone thinking about stepping up their vaping or just wanting to try something new.
