Secondly I've been writing long spiels about my allergies for a bout half an hour and keep deleting as its not relevant to your case ( well it is but it takes me a while sometimes to get to the point which you might miss due to my long boring explanations) and whilst I've been doing that Jem and Alvo have posted , and I agree with alvo , and Jem don't think the mods are avoiding this thread there has been a lot said so they may have nothing else to add and what is the point in saying well there's a lot of factors here a lot of members have said a lot of things anyone of them could be right but we have nothing to add ?

if you go on other forums you will probably see a million and one adverse effects of stopping smoking , a lot of the symptoms you've described are mentioned .I'm cutting down, partly to try and avoid these symptoms which will also means I can't blame stopping smoking on suddenly getting blisters on my back (this hasn't happened to me just what I read here and on ecf).
Chances are if you make major changes to your body your going have side effects I lost a lot of weight a few years ago through exercising like a demon and I had several migraines and was puking like a demon. have I put the weight back on , no did three months of pain result in 2 years of better health YES!

Lastly from what you described it really doesn't sound like an allergy ( to my uneducated mind) just an adjustment to not smoking. Could even be that as vaping simulates smoking its triggering your body to think but where is the rest of my drugs I want the tar and all that black sh** as well , which could be why vaping makes you feel worse .

Would still reccomend that you speak with your doc
