Ohh Tizer you are clever. Yeah I knew you did get male torties but someone told me they were normally hermaphrodites they weren't very clever so I'll believe you.
That is spooky about your torti, mines is only cos for about 6 weeks or so she was The CAT, when the snow melted and she didn't go back to where she came from we spent weeks trying to decide what to call her , I have a habit of calling pets Flossie as a term of endearment generally and my Mum heard me call her that one night and the name stuck, was very confusing because for months I still called the dog Flossie so I referred to them as Flossie 1 an d 2 for a while , but she's the only one now
EDIT for posts whilst typing: Ohh Bel is clever too , have you a photie of Male tort Bel?

Their all lovely Kirsty  If im not mistaken Flossie is a Torti? i have a Torti called Daisy  She is a torti a very clean one at that , one she arrived and I took her too the vet to find out what she was the vet looked at me like this  all torti's are female , how was I meant to know? |

I thought you were talking about the Vision Stardust tanks. Cleaning cartos is a different thing. Steam sounds good, i tried it a few times ages ago using the frother on my Espresso machine, it worked OK, but I just can't be bothered these days, I just bin em now. You may well have been talking about Vision Stardust , Des there were so many posts I possibly didn't pick up on that , worked out what flavours were in em today so didn't need to do it after all, oh and I have a picture of my nicely painted Carto's and Bottles so I don't get confused again, will post in own thread in a sec |

You can just flush the carto with very hot water back and forth a few times using a cut off condom stuck onto the end of a syringe for a few times and dry it for about half hour over a radiator.. Maca think Des mentioned this last night as well, but he only briefly mentioned it and I thought he meant just run it under tap, your way sounds similar but a bit more complicated and I don't quite get what you mean, is there a youtube video of what your describing? |

I had a system e.g. black carto with red drip tip = whatever flavour! The problem was that I didn't write it down so i got confused! I'm quite sure the same thing would happen if I used coloured bands or nail polish! I like Alvo's carto stand, perhaps he could start up a cottage industry? Karma , if you put nail polish on your bottles as well as carto's you wouldn't forget, I have more carto's than nail polish but its ok  |

I also got a bottle of Caramel 2 from PV, smells devine, especialy when it's all over your hands and kitchen table. Note to the poster who was asking about toxidity when spilling this stuff on your skin - I'm still alive today! I put the spikey thing on my syringe, stuck it in the bottle, drew sone liquid up and then removed the syring - minus spikey thing! After a long fight with myself coming and the caramel 2 coming off worse, I gave up. The spikey thing is still wedged into the bottle! lol karma I think my general intention was for every one to cheer up and you seem quite happy even though you have sticky hands so you are still on topic to me hun I also have learnt that I wouldn't get on with spiky things so its been educational  |

Yes I got away with by admitting i'm 40 and single at the mo in don't think the madness Doh no i've highlighted it again  Don't think you'd ever mentioned your age glad you've clarified that the number on your avatar isn't just random! Egypt would be hot at that time of year and if part of your reason for going away is to be a bit bah humbug you'd miss Christmas cos its Muslim, I've travelled to a fair few places on a budget as a single person you do have to be a bit creative with it and occasionally concede that no matter on hard you look finding a room for under fifty pound a night will not happen Must admit its nice to have someone to travel with these days. Although by the time I get home I I will have seen enough of my friend to last me a while |
