Maybe your putting too much pressure on yourself? I once read an interview with Holly Aird who said she'd given up both Heroin and Cigarettes she found giving up cigarettes much harder than Heroin , its always stuck with me.

I had a gradual approach to cutting down and it worked until I got down to 4-5 cigs a day and I've stuck there, am I disappointed that I haven't quit altogether , yes a little, am I damn proud that I've cut out 20 cigs a day , damn right ! That's £7 a day I'm saving I can laugh without coughing and don't have flem unless I'm unwell , incidentally I'm partial to a wee wine or two of an evening can't remember last time I had a hangover.... I've taken up running and don't continually smell of cig's . I won't ever regularly smoke more than 5 a day, I do hope to decrease this but I've got a lot going on at the moment so its taken a back seat for now. When I'm ready I'll cut back by another 1 a day , then another , one day I'll not have a cigarette , then it will be a month, , three months, but I will do it in my own damn time and not in the time someone expects me too

I do get a bit jealous when I see new vapers quickly overtaking me in the zero tobacco stakes, but then I shrug and think that's their journey not mine , I want to quit tobacco for good but I know there is a good chance if I push myself to far I won't , it doesn't matter how we get there just that we will

Yeah I really like them Dave I bought the second one has a back up as I didn't intend taking the LT on holiday but then realised that if I vape above 3.7 my tongue burns so I've kinda given up on vv for now and am happy with joytechs

I had issues with my Riva's and since beginning of March have been using this vapeescape.co.uk/joyetech-ego-c-1000mah-battery~316 as my all day vaper, and using LT at night, I've rarely had to resort to a back up Riva and in my view although it has slightly less MAH its much better , recently I've stopped using the LT as I bought something similar to this in GB vapeescape.co.uk/joyetech-650-ego-t-batteries~341, in fact this may be what I got , I'm not sure cos I didn't get what I ordered not Perpy's fault but it was a very happy mistake I love it infact may well order another as Jason has them in the sale , but I'm trying to be good Anyway I think both of these are better than the Riva, although I've only been using the 650mah about a month its not stood the test of time yet but its sooo dinky and cute !!
