i think some of the probs may have been caused by them not limiting presale numbers and thinking they could get whatever they wanted from the manufacturer and getting caught short when its a popular product it seems they have now changed this as the presales i have looked at today have a set number of available orders on eciggy stuffs with the evic just about everybody who hasnt got tc is wanting one of these to try it so they might of had stock when isabel said but by the time they got round to swapping the orders they had none left just rem guys isabel can only pass on the info she is given and she only works for gearbest i haven't had much luck with pre orders from gearbest myself but this should improve as they look to be limiting numbers to what they know they can get hopefully Decoy can understand that but what I don't like is being treat like a fool, I was more than happy too except the Evic vt with the American plugs, if there was a problem Isabel could have told me upfront instead of delaying by telling me that the european will be in from today. Gearbest can not keep treating customers this way, I have my own business and if I treat customers like this then my company would be out of business. I use a few Chinese vendors and by far Gearbest have got too be the worse, had a problem with Efun.top sent there customers service a message within 15 minutes a reply from Yolanda problem sorted all within 30 minutes, I not saying I expect such a perfect service as efun.top offer but gearbest customers service don't even reply.

Well had too cancel my orders today from Gearbest, have had enough of being treat like a fool, even Isabel was not telling the truth! I pm Isabel to say that I was more than happy to have the 2 joyetech evic 60w with the American plugs as Isabel said that these were in stock and could be sent, Isabel then pm me back saying that the joyetech evic 60w European plug would be back in stock today, but surprise when I messaged today was told they were going though a processed and would not be ready so maybe tomorrow or maybe Monday. I feel that Isabel has dealt with this issue really bad, if there was no Evic vt 60w with American plugs left she could have just said this, instead I was fed some story that the European were back in stock today but as normal this was not the facts. Now I have to wait for my money too be returned which I have been informed will be Monday ( if not then I will be opening paypal dispute ) I am patient person, and really don't mind waiting if I am informed of the situation but what I will not except is being treat like a fool, I order from other Chinese vendors and do not have problems like this, so why do gearbest treat there customers so bad? Gearbest are now off my list of Chinese vendors, and will be posting this complaint on Facebook twitter and other forum e cigarette forum,am right hump off now

My Evic VT went in the post this morning Nice one, Isabel has inform me they have european back in stock from tomorrow so mine won't be far behind yours

so the only difference with the european evic vt 60w and the american evic vt 60w is the plug? so as long as i use a european plug on the American version then it will charge up ok?

Have 2 joyetech on order and sigelei 75 watt temp control have been processing for 10 days now, contact gearbest customer support telling me 5 to 7 days now. why advertise stuff you do not have in stock?
