Just to be clear, only the 10 silver that were in stock will be shipped tomorrow. They have all sold and it is going back on pre order. THE SILVER ON THE SITE FROM THIS POINT UNTIL MY ORDER LANDS ARE BACK ON PRE ORDER THEY WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TOMORROW. Sorry for caps but it's better to be clear to avoid any confusion

Along with this we have restocked some of the out of stock items aaaaaaaaand the first 50 pre orders of the sig 75 have gone! Thankyou kingzofvapour , maybe the kit does come with the dual rba aswell and smok missed it out as in the description it says four types of coil head, we shall soon find out  Which is exactly why I put it in the product description, but SMOK are saying on facebook that it only comes with the 1 and they are not answering my emails or skype at the moment for me to get some sort of confirmation on which is right =/ |

Well what you've stated smok states comes in the box, as far as I am concerned there are no alternatives, unless yours actually does come with the r2 (dual deck) rba.. Although ecig one says they are having the both rba's like you did , rather than debating this can you speak to smok and find out what comes in the box(standard) and what comes in your "special" box. I can't see them not adding a few extra o rings in all the boxes so I don't know what makes yours different than anybody else's :s www.ecigone.co.uk/clearomizer-tanks/sub-ohm/smok-tfv4-tank.htmlOn Smok's catalog there are 2 seperate products the tank, and the tank kit, which I gave contents lists for in my previous post. I will screenshot the contents direct from the catalog when I get into the office. Some websites (ours included) are lifting the product information direct from Smok's html as that is the only place with information on the tank and it's specs until they are sent out. I am more than happy to show you this when I can get to the office, we are not here to mislead or rip people off. You can see from our pricing structure and the fact that social media responses are answered at all times of the day that we are working our asses off to bring good customer service and great prices to you guys. Sometimes mistakes happen in product descriptions, sometimes other companies change their product description overnight. These things happen and will possibly happen again at some point in the future, we are all human and we all make mistakes, it's how we deal with them that matters at the end of the day. As I said before, I am willing to offer an immediate refund to anyone that isn't happy due to the mistake made on the description of the TFV4 kit but I find it a bit unfair for an established business to try make us look like liars by changing product descriptions overnight and then using OUR list including a typo to do so. |

I don't know why you think everyone else gets different? But every shop I've seen is selling all those bits with it @kings ofvape , even BoldVape has the 2 coils and rba which would make it the exact same kit? There's only us. And now apparantly boldvape who are stocking the kit every other UK site I've seen with them is selling the tank only. |

The Tank by itself (which is what most other places are selling) comes with the T3 coil installed, an airflow slot sealing ring, a sealing pad, a user manual and an indicator card for filling e liquid. So there is a lot more that you get in the kit than you get by buying the tank by itself.
Just to point out, this isn't a kit that I'm making out of individual spare coils and parts this is sold to us as a kit from SMOK themselves.

The kit was listed as containing all the decks when i ordered, i ordered because it was listed as a full kit. I'm afraid not, it was a mistake in the product description not in the kit contents. Having said that, it was a mistake so if you want a refund on your order then feel free to drop me a message with your order number and I will authorise the refund and cancel your pre order for you immediately. |

your description says both rba decks. Here at KoV we have managed to get this tank bundled together with a large amount of extras that most enthusiasts would end up buying separately after purchasing the TFV4 at a ridiculously low price. The bundle includes one of each type of coil (including both RBA decks) spare seals, spare glass, and more! According to smok this doesn't come with the duel deck flavourtank Looks like Facebook is faster to get a response than my smok agent lol |
