What else does he need to do? I'm not upto date with these regs, I thought company name & address was the main criteriaThere's more to it than that Q to be legally compliant for selling online, having looked at the site these requirements are missing: * No telephone number. * No Terms & Conditions . . . . these should also include a Returns Policy, which complies with the Consumer Contract Regulations that have replaced the Distance Selling Regulations. The information is readily available via Google, we do not approve any Vendor application that does not have these in place. Our intention is to give our Members the best ' protection ' we can if they purchase from any registered Vendor on the forum. I might add, none of us actually sell online but we regularly advise prospective Vendors who do. A situation that leaves us scratching our heads. Hi Perpetua, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we were in the progress of having this completed. Terms and Conditions, Privacy & Cookies, Orders & Returns Policy have now been added. We're currently in the process of adding a telephone number however in the meantime, we do specify our address and email. We strive to give good customer satisfaction and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to the individual pages however they're located at the footer of the website and Terms and Conditions have to be agreed upon while at checkout. Our UK Company Registration and VAT Registration is located at the bottom of the website. I hope this post is okay, I just wanted to clear up any confusion and worries people may have. Best Regards Kieran Bold
