Their Welsh Custard and ABC are worth trying TallPaul70 . . . . Both are good as ' standalone ' custard flavours or make a nice base for adding extras to. Hmm, I reckon I may need to give them a try... they do have a big range, thanks for the tip. I wouldn’t discount these people when shopping concentrates thee-cigshop.co.uk I put in an order Friday Afternoon 2ish delivered this morning that’s before we go near price, plus there is a 10% code ALL10 (AAEC is Chefs Vapour code) which makes it even sweeter. ( Custard you say, welcome to the house of pain and gain you are in for some fantastic fun

As the others have said, don’t beat yourself up the guilt will drive you even more especially if you are telling yourself you cant have something, that will start the crave on its own, you’ve had a day when you wasn’t a non smoker, no worries
I've got the man cold that’s circulating, took 2 days off with holiday I'm owed, today and tomorrow, my tipple is: manuka honey with fresh lemon and lime in green tea (I don’t normally go near tea that doesn’t take milk n sugar) I feel a whole lot better than I did earlier today

One of the main problems about sharing gardening information with each other is that what folks find good to grow in Devon or Cornwall, may be rather difficult or even impossible for us to grow here in Scotland's Central Belt where our season starts later and/or finishes earlier. I have come across program online that solves this problem;- Growing guideand this takes into account where you live along with what you wish to grow. It has a Free 30 day trial period and I have been trying it out. It is bloomin' marvellous!!! It not only tells me planting times, but also how much I can expect to grow in any given size of ground. I can even plan follow on crops on the same bit of ground. looks good and you are right there are some plants/veg that wont take whatever you try and any help is good. I use this as a rough guide of what can be planted from Suttons, as you say it doesnt mean it will grow ;-)

lets be reasonable, he shouldn’t be smoking in school and he shouldn’t be vaping there either, however much I agree vaping is better than ciggies you cant expect a school to allow it, I dont agree with them keeping his vape kit that should be returned at the end of the school day to his mum with the advice it doesn’t come into school.

When is the best time to book hotels in Tenerife for during the August school holidays (I know any-time out of school holidays is better, that is not an option currently). Does anyone here know when next years Hotels would be likely to go on sale? that’s even if they do. I've scalped my 4 flights already (I got them for half price of what they are currently standing at ;-) It depends who you book through. I book accommodation in Spain a year ahead but am not charged until the stay using Booking.com Yes I have booked through them and Travel Republic before, (quite often no cancellation or change fees are good with them and book for a quid) I wanted to do one of the other Islands however I was out voted 3 to 1 whilst we were in Lanzarote, what a loser!, I get the impression its going to be a Siam Park annual pass affair this holiday from the way the conversation went.

I asked them on live chat for the choccy malt balls advised me to start at 4% which was fine, although I'd assume they will all be slightly different

This is the full kit. Just wicked up the supplied coil in the re-buildable base section using the "Scottish Roll" method and took it up to 75watts and it was great but a tad too warm for me, so lowered it to 50watts and I have never seen/exhaled so much vapour. It sits on my IPV V2 without any overhang and I think it looks great. I like the look of that tip you have there, any info on them will be well received and appreciated

Wait till you try the triple coiled head Goes through some juice that one. I've got another one of these inbound £7 cheaper than my other. What did surprise me was the quad coils are cheaper than the triple I had already ordered, just need the bloomin batteries to arrive now as my shooting ones are a touch too big
