Evl Reaper RTA

Firstly a huge thanks to you all for your continued support and patience during the development of this atomiser.
I set out to make an atomiser which was a no compromise flavour atomiser. If you love blowing huge lungs with a direct inhale then you'll have to wait for a future atomiser (we all love a bit of cloud action!) as this is a relaxed mouth to lung inhale.

Materials:
I chose Titanium for its inertness and corrosion resilience. I chose Grade 2 for its extremely high purity. It is a little softer than some of the alloy grades (so don't put it in your pocket with your keys!) but is so pure you could have it surgically implanted (Not recommended so please dont try this as its very hard to refill wink emoticon )

Tanks:
No PMMA or other plastics have been used for the tank. I chose Pyrex glass so you don't need to worry about tank crackers and all you glass bottle users can continue to keep your juices as pure as possible.
Aware that glass is easily broken and so you don't have to be without it whilst you wait for a spare to arrive (Yes i will have spares in stock from the first atomiser sale!) i have also provided a solid Titanium tank which has had further milling to increase capacity.

Operation:
The atomiser has a juice flow adjustment cunning built into the atomisation chamber cap. There is no off position but there is adjustment for more juice flow. I am a VG only vaper so this tank will happily cope with thick VG mixs.
Wicking is fast and uses a surprising amount of cotton in the little chamber.
I've designed the deck to be open and easy to build on. I spent a little extra time on the posts so it has a larger clamping area so i can use large headed screws and avoid that faffing around trying to get the little fiddly wires to clamp.

Airflow adjustment:
The airflow adjustment is hidden under the base to keep the looks clean. Again there is no full closed (as you couldn't vape it!) as its important to my wicking system.

Tank Filling:
Filling the tank is done by unscrewing the top section and filling in a subtank style. I decided this to be the best way as you can fill it with anything from a an amber glass pipette to a needle bottle. Also the atomisation chamber cap is left in place so the wick and coil are not disturbed during filling.

Wicking:
If you wish to rewick the atomiser don't worry you can remove the entire tank section whilst full of juice. Do the necessaries and pop it straight back on. Flavour from the start has surprised many of the testers.

Top cap:
The top cap is a wonderful flat top with a gentle radius. I have done this so you can fit whatever tip style you wish and simply remove the tip and it will stand up without a stand for filling or rewicking.
Also i have made a simple system which adjusts the oring pressure so the push fit tank can be held in a vice like fashion to help those drunken refills

Drip Tips:
I have provided 2 Titanium drip tips. These not only allow you to mix and match the look of your atomiser with your tank combinations but they actually provide a slightly different vaping experience:
The longer Vase has an optimized 4.2mm bore for out and out flavour.
The Shorter one has a 5mm bore and also stands up with the tank attached whilst filling.
You'll see 0.8mm can make huge difference to your vaping experience.

As always all my wonderful acrylic and damascus tips will fit as will pretty much all the other conventional 510 based drip tips

The Stand:
At nearly 250g, 60mm wide and 15mm thick this is a behemoth of a stand.
I know you may not use it but I'm aware this will not be your last atomiser purchase (As there's more on my drawing board!!) so when the Reaper becomes a shelf queen it will have its own throne to stand out amongst the others.
If you do use it even better i suspect a tornado wouldn't shift this lovely thing.

Spares:
I want this atomiser to last. I want it to last a long time especially with the uncertainty in the market.
So it will come with all o rings (not many as I've kept it simple as possible to aid durability) including spares for each tip. It will also come with all the screws from the post screws to a spare brass 510 positive screw.
I will also be holding a huge range of spares from the very start including some of the smaller titanium parts within the atomiser to support your purchase.

Supply:
I have given this atomiser a soft launch as you may have seen from other peoples pictures.
I plan to launch a google list on all my platforms this Friday 27/11/2015.
If all goes to plan (as i'm waiting on some more spares to come into stock) there will be 30 atomisers ready to be dispatched on the 5-6th of December.
I will be keeping 20 back for 1 week as i want people to be assured that when they purchase my atomiser if they have any problems at all i can swap out their atomiser in record speed.
If all goes to plan i will then dispatch the remaining atomisers the following weekend!
After this i will be supplying 50 per month regularly.
Sorry this is not a lot but there is a lot of hand finishing with the Reaper and lots of lovely accessories to make.
The list:
I will run a simple list.
You will enter your details.
I will contact you as quickly as possible to give you an Eta of when your atomiser will be ready.
Then when your time comes i will contact you.
You will then have 24 hours to pay in full otherwise i will move onto the next person on the list.
If you miss this for whatever reason you are allowed to join the list again.
You may only be on the list once.
However after you have come off the list you are welcome to join again.
I will be watching out for flippers and cloners.

Well the wait for the list is finally over:

The first batch of 30 should be ready to roll towards the end of next week. (2-6th December approx)

Another Batch of 20 should be ready the following week (9-13th December approx)

Your not the first to ask for this so its on my list. I've spent me vaping budget this month (already!) But next month I'll treat myself to an Atlantis(unless anyone one has one collecting dust to donate?) and begin modding!

I've been up to no good I'm afraid hehehe!

Ive made an atomiser. A beautiful flavoursome tank called the Reaper.

I'll post up some info closer to launch.

Currently tipping is on hold so I can concentrate on delivering a quality atomiser.
