It's seems to be a standard request from many Chinese Vendors, asking for a video Phoenix . for anything defective . . . I guess they can easily be taken advantage of without some proof, not that I'm suggesting you are for a moment. It's happened once to me, like you I said I wouldn't have the faintest idea - because I haven't! I did get refunded . . . . . I am a regular customer of theirs, and never had a problem with batts that I have bought from them. Why would I want to take advantage of them just for 20quid, my concscience would not allow me to cheat anyone. How did you get a refund without all this palava perp  |

Phoenix ., thinking practically - what kind of phone do you have? I have Samsung Galaxy 2. I have taken photo's one of the dead batt trying to charge, and using another Earl batt with the same setup showing it is charging. But even if I could send these photo's to them, it proves nothing, I could have turned the 'dead' batt off? I know it wasn't expensive but the point is they should be lasting at least 3-6 months. |

Two lovely ladies together @yavape.  Took my girly for her regular run over the Common at lunch time . . . she must have been feeling a little warm, as she plucked up the courage to have a paddle in the river there. Not too deep though! All my doggies have been ' water pups ' until now - Pandz doesn't like stepping in a puddle however, sunbathing is more her style I've discovered.  Just like my dog perps, hates getting wet but would spend all day sunbathing. |

Doing a video could be quicker and bypasses the need to send it back, they do this to speed thing up and to avoid refunding your postage, but it doesn't suit everyone. They will probably ask you how much it will cost to post back and they give you a gift certificate very quickly after you attach a photo of the receipt form the Post Office to a support ticket. Then you would have to wait for them to check it before sending a replacement or refund, May seem an easy task for you techy minded people, but for me even that is too complicated.  |

I bought a couple of EARL batts from them and one of them has refused to charged, I have only used it for 10 days The reply has asked me to do a video and send it to them? I replied that I don't 'do' video's and would not have a clue how to send it to them anyway, I asked them for other options to resolve the matter and am awaiting a reply. Just thought it was an odd way to solve my problem, seems they don't believe me and want proof! A little bit annoyed by their attitude, hope they come up with something better, like sending it back to them and they replacing it. What do you think? |

Well that was a very interesting discussion.I am not quite sure which way to go myself, whilst I am planning to be here for a few more years yet, some body 'up there' may have different plans for me.  I think I will just stock up on whatever I can afford to last me until next year, see what happens then. I have a lot of 'old' stuff I can fall back on. I will continue to fight the fight with you all as best I can. |

Yea it would have been great to mow the lawn today only, I bought a new mower and can't put it together, it needs 4 hands and one of mine is defunked with arthritis cos I spend all morning washing the kitchen wall tiles and my hand is swollen.  |
