Drinking a set amount of water per day is simply not necessary. A massive myth has built up around the "8 glasses a day" campaign. Drink when you're thirsty doesn't sound as jazzy, but it's the truth. Kidney stones can only be down to fluid intake if that intake is extremely low. People who live in the most arid areas on earth suffer no more health problems than we do. Most fluid intake is habitual. I banned those "look at me I'm a health freak" water bottles from my company meetings on safety grounds, because they enrage me. A bit hypocritical as I swallow about ten cups of coffee a day. Or more. So for those worried about their lack of water - don't be. It's all smoke and mirrors (bollocks substitute). You banned water bottles from meetings? You sound like a joy to work for.

Nice one. Ordered some red Astaire, black and blue and jaque lemon concentrates. Only had the lemon before pre mixed back when I had an Ego T! Seems like a long time ago now. Was a nice juice then! It's still a nice one for me catface26 . Light, freshing but still a ' full ' flavour . . . . makes a good change from desserts/custard I find. Perpetua just got around to mixing up some of the Jaque Le Mon and it's lovely! Just as good as I remember but obviously loads better as I've moved on considerably from my Ego T lol. Lovely refreshing lemon flavour with cool exhale. Spot on.

So, one negative comment. Put two high power vapers (100w + combined vaping) in a room and then say "more aerosol than previous tests". Where's the science in that? My dog could have reached that conclusion. No comparison against two not-cloud chasers. Anyone who has vaped in the loos at the cinema/costa/british rail will tell you vapor hangs around; the more the vapor the more the aerosol, the longer to clear. I half agree. I think it was almost better that they did it with 2 "cloud chasers" as that meant that it was the worst possible scenario. Take a much bigger space and just yourself with a MTL device and the results are gonna be even better when compared to passive smoking.

I just wish they would stop showing cloud chasers when ever they show vapers Its like showing football hooligans at every football match instead of the normal fans I thought they showed a good range of devices overall. But you're right that most of the shots of people exhaling were fairly cloudy. Remember though, not everyone who enjoys bigger clouds would consider themselves a cloud chaser. I include myself in this group. I just find a bigger amount of vapour more satisfying personally.

Was very interesting. Couple of questions for everyone - Will you consider vaping less menthol after those test results? Do any of you have children and vape in the house? I currently do but not in the same room. Generally vape in the office is she's around but once she's in bed I will vape in the kitchen and living room. Do you think I should stop doing so based on that information? What was that bit about vaping around kids? I missed the program There wasn't a segment about vaping around kids per se, but there was a bit about passive vaping. The results were that there are 99% less toxins released when exhaling vapour which I think was just nicotine. There was also a question mark about inhaling passive PG and VG.

I just change my wicks once a week as standard. Hmmm That seems a bit long for me as I vape around 25ml a day. I aim for 3 days max on 3 tanks Interesting although I vape a lot less. Probably 10ml a day tops. What wick do you use? I use cotton bacon v2.

And am I imagining it but my wicks seem to stay good for longer? Maybe because they stay more saturated? I just change my wicks once a week as standard.

Yes Only been using them a week so just teething probs Loving them Exactly as above, no dry hits and I also like them around 60w in the 25. Sometimes a little more Only dry hits in the Griffin I've had is when the juice control has managed to get turned off somehow in my pocket without me realising! Best tank I've tried ever. Not touched my Aromamizer or Bellus since getting it!
