None of the Google searches I've done indicate that the ban has actually happened yet and knowing the Greeks it will take a while (when the smoking ban was introduced it was the third or fourth attempt )If it is introduced I doubt very much you'd get stopped at customs there tends not to be customs for eu flights so as long as your bag passes airline security this end you'll be fine getting your vaping gear "in" although on the way back your bag will be scanned whilst you are standing at the check-in desk sopersonally I would bin any vaping gear before the flight home . If the ban is introduced and you do decide to flaunt it I wouldn't vape in public you don'twant to get on the wrong side of the bobbies although if your going mid-summer the kids in Falaraki will be keeping them busy enough without them worrying about what a family man is putting in his gob ! I'vetext a friend who has worked in Rhodes for info on what airport is like will get back to you if I hear anything EDIT to add I worked in Greece for three summers spending two (long) days a week at the airport so I know what I am talking about Thank you, that's a very kind of you, I look forward to hearing back from your friend, I guess you are right about customs, just a bit worried it may balls up the holiday if I'm dragged off for some latex glove action on landing

Just pack a few ego bats and some cartomizers. That is what we did the first time we took ecigs abroad. I didn't want to risk any of the mods. I prepared a small stock in each bag in case any got lost or confiscated. I was thinking the same but I really don't want to get into serious issues with customs. I spent two weeks haggling for this holiday and really didn't think about the Ecig issue but suddenly thought about it, googled it, and found that they are in the process of banning it (which will be in effect by the time I go away). I suppose a customs officer would have a clue what a Riva was anyway so proving anything would be funny. Fagashlil - it appears quite a lot of countries are banning ecigs purely on the basis that Nicotine is a poison and a "non tobacco" product. Weird that governments prefer us to put taxable carceogens in our bodies and ignore the healthier option of Ecigs..... Oh wait, that will be until they find a way of taxing that and then of course it will be acceptable to smoke ecigs..... Grrrr

Booked two weeks for the family to Rhodes in Greece, issue is that it appears Greece is banning Ecigs (and adding 20% tax to analogues, coincidence?). What to do? Do I just risk it and pack the LT and some juices or am I going to be forced to go back to analogues for two weeks (Or worse NRT).
What to do?

I bought Sky Cigs about 2 months ago and went from 30 a day Marly habit straight to Sky Cigs, I got a bit frustrated with the Sky Cigs because I had a couple of hit and miss carts that turned me blue trying to get something out of them. I them stumbled on this site and was advised about the Riva and Lava Tube, bought both, Riva is for going out with, Lava for at home.
The difference between Sky Cigs and my setup now are poles apart, being able to vape the juice I want and the strength I want is important to me. I seriously don't think I would look back.
In answer to your question, I was in my local petrol station and one of the chaps in there I know offered me a puff on an ecig, I was amazed so went home and looked up ecigs on the Internet. My intention was to smoke ecigs when I was travelling in the car or other times when I chain smoked and reduce the cost of my cigs, I never intended to give up completely. Now, well I'm sitting here, Lava tube on 5.5 with some cocomel in knowing what I'm doing doesn't have any evil crap in it and generally healthier for me, I will reduce the Nic over time.

Absorption rates atre completely different..I doubt you will get 24mg of Nicotine in your system by vaping 1 ml. It's probably far far less, but no valid studies have been done yet. But absorption rates from patches will be 100% because of the way they are administered? (this is what I was ineffectually trying t say above )

Artic Cherry from Grizwalds gives a decent throat hit, especially at 5.5 v on a dual cart

Oh my God, why didn't anyone tell me about Cocomel and Artic Cherry, I think I may have just found my perfect supplier. Ok, not the cheapest out there but really nice!!
Whilst I'm here, I was using KoKo juices but gone off them recently when I saw that in the list of ingredients there was alcohol listed as an ingredient, would anyone know why that would be in there?

I'm not so sure, with the patches there you are getting the full dose into your blood stream (all be it time released), with vaping I wonder how much nicotine is exhaled each time? I'm pretty sure that there will be nicotine that hasn't been taken in by the body so I would say vaping puts less in to your system. Saying that, I'm no medical expert and someone may come back and say because of the way nicotine reacts in your lungs 100% is added to your bloodstream and all that is coming out on exhale is vapour.....

I have been having the exact same issue, I have tried the Stardust but they are a tight drag and I don't get the hit I want, even at 5.5 (I have tried 3 separate tanks), the Boges are great but you really need to keep them juiced up to stop potential burning but are good as an every day, recently I bought some of these from Jason: www.vapeescape.co.uk/dual-coil-cartomisers-%28single%29~13And they are fantastic even up to 6.0, even better because they are see through so you can check visually what's going on with the juice. They are slightly larger as well so a bit more juice than the Boge.
