As Taylor says, that money was spent on making the outside look "nice" not on safety measures. The brand new heating system was a cosmetic feature? And the new double glazing serves no purpose other than looking nice, doesn't improve insulation efficiency and lower heating bills or improve security? I'll grant the cladding was most likely purely a cosmetic feature but wouldn't you prefer to live in a building that looks nicer than it did previously? They had no option regarding replacing the heating. Plumbers were in this building on a daily basis due to heating failure. The problems wasn't fixed due to the asbestos in the boiler rooms. They then decided to change the system. Will work out cheaper in the long run. I honestly think the windows and cladding were to make this fit in with the other properties in the area. Tenants were complaining about fire safety. They didn't ask for cheap cladding which I've just found out has been banned in America. So I look at it like this. Spend the money on cladding or sprinklers and fire alarms. Safety has to come before looks.

I have carried out a lot of domestic surveys within this block. Really sad to see what has happen. But it's really upsetting to see them spend millions on the external of the block to make it look nice. And not spend the money on the essentials i.e. Sprinklers and fire alarms. They only spent that money on the block to make sales on other properties in that area. As they didn't want them to look at an old council tower block. The refurbishment was for there benefit as everything else. Really upsets me as i see a lot of cut backs by the council in the job I do. My thoughts go out to all the family's at this very sad time.

I back that statement all the way.👍 The mod itself may be well made but I vape TC and the yihi board does TC in pulse width Never gotten a decent TC vape from a yihi board. I use my g class on temp control with all my drppers I get that faint what that call rattle snake noise but apart from that it's perfect. I have a few DNAs I think they are great. Not used the new 75w colour only because 75w isn't really my style. The 550j chip has got to be the most advanced and best chip on the market at the moment. I've met some really well known good reviewers and all of them have said the same thing about the 550j chip. A lot of people are a bit sceptical about the g class. Untill you get one in your hand and use it. Your other mods seem to get pushed to the back of the cupboard.😀 Everything about it is quality.

Yeah I see this.
Interesting to see some good results for vaping. And see that now there's a big drop in people smoking. They are starting to make vape stuff.😀

For sale SX G class carbon fibre 200w sx yihi 550j just want to say this mod has been the best I have ever owned. And I've had a fair few.😀 Solid mod not one rattle and works a dream. I pre ordered the new blue colour today. so I'm going to let this one go. I keep my stuff as mint as I can. OCD 😀 The only slight wear to this device. is on the bottom where it stands up which can't be helped. Apart from that it's mint. Comes with receipt of purchase for £199 creme de vape. I would like £140 plus £7.50 for special delivery this is the final price for this one.
