These seem to be the best atomisers for pure flavours, so I'm going to take the plunge and buy one. I seem to be quite a purist when it comes to juice flavours, so I think this is the way to go, I seem to have lots of juices that I just don't really know if I like or not. I had one 510 atomiser sent to me by Chrissie, but I think I knackered it by trying menthol and gingerbread on it.... Anyway I wanted to know how easy it is to switch flavours on these? Did a little research and lots of suggestions to use alcohol, but that isn't an option for me. VE mentions using hot water for the bridgeless ones but another site said using water was a big mistake.
On the 510 one I had, I was just blowing on it and a quick dry burn, but some sites say don't dry burn a LR atty, so I'm a little confused, also the flavours were still lingering after changing juices and sometimes I wasn't getting much vapour at all so I don't think I'm doing it right....
I had considered getting an Ody drip thing to use on Penelope for dripping, but my coils are way too amateur for that just now I think

Ellen have you considered the VH Dripper? It's getting great reviews and you can build coils & wicks like on your penny

i love bauway 306's for dripping ....if you are changing flavours often (like i do) then i would suggest a bridgeless swapping flavours is really just a case of dripping from one to another ....but you can blow the old juice out if you prefer if the juice is a strong flavour like menthol then i soak in boiling water usually does the trick....if its really stubborn like MJ flavour was i popped in some denture cleaning powder which worked pretty well

I would imagine the flavours would all linger and end up a weird mix as happened with my 510? Or are the 306 better for swapping flavours?

Ellen The Bauways are good, but they pale when compared to an RDA, plus you can bung a mesh wick in an RDA if you want to experiment with that. If you can set up a Penelope you'll set the RDA up with one hand tied behind your back, my GSV DCA and Bauways are forlorn and abandoned now

Heard of it, didn't know what it was...off to google LinkThanks Oneday, just found your link to Scott's Video on the Phoenix RDA on Booblay's thread, just watched it, does look good, but very fiddly and is dependant I guess on me making decent coils. I can see me getting one of them probably though....£7 for a bauway with drip tip or £14 for the VH dripper, seems like a no-brainer, just not sure I trust my coils enough to know I would be getting the best flavour experience

Hot water or put it in a bit of glycerin overnight. If you're trying different flavours, leave the menthol till last, it's the worst of all to get rid of.

Thanks for all your input guys, will make my mind up soon. Mostly I just want to try different flavours with something it's easy to test flavours with and get the best of the flavours...my brain is resisting against another rebuildable right now, but I will let you know what I go for

Whoa there. How does this work? Do you just snip bits off willy nilly and straighten out the ends? Also - quick Q. When wrapping a coil, does it matter if the coils themselves are touching? Like a tight squeezy coil where's they're all hip to hip?
