Have read of the above and can't wait to be cig-free, smoke free and no cough upon puffing early morning. Roll on the Riva and e-juice arriving!

4 hours since last ciggie and postman arriving with Riva kit. All good so far. Am having the odd dementia moment when I look for the ashtray / lighter, then see my Riva and accept thats my way forward from now on.

Day 2 of non smoking. Less of a sore throat than I had yesterday which is good. Struggled a little last night - didn't reach for a ciggie but wanted something more than a vape, difficult to explain.
I think I may need a lower nic version of whatever flavour. Am getting a really big throat hit with the 35mg, it may be too strong. Looking forward to trying more flavours / reduced strength til I get it right.
Am pleased that I have managed 24 hours now. first time ever I have had a day without cigs - after over 30 years and I will do this.

wanted something more than a vape, difficult to explain. Yes, it does happen - hang on in there When I started (Oct 08), juices hadn't really taken off and you just chose from cartridges prefilled High, Medium, Low, Zero. The High was 16-18mg nic and I found it enough but I wouldn't say I found it "easy" - at that time I'd been chain-smoking unfiltered Golden Virginia and had been smoking for 5 decades plus The tobacco flavours you got with Mini 901 starter kits were mainly no-name "tobacco", Marlboro, or menthol. CONGRATULATIONS. Chill! You now have HOPE and you can experiment to find your best vape scylla x

PMSL Chrissie - but knowing my brother as I do, I think yours may receive an extremely rude label! I have to say, it has me creating a few of my own.

Lol Hanow It really is an amazing piece of engineering though. It telescopes so that you can fit several combinations of batteries into it. I can also use it without batteries via a USB adapter especially mad for it. Plus it takes any atomiser or cartomiser.
