I got 3 bottles of e-liquid last week from the same vendor. Filled up a new blank (Kanger) SR cart with one and vaped away....excellent. Friday, filled up another cart with another flavour, instant burnt taste, plumes of acrid smoke circulating the room, wrecked cart. Topped up a half-used plain tobacco cart, and 3 puffs, dead, burnt. Saturday, lost 2 carts one with the original flavour (4 fills?) and with flavour 3. Today, topped up flavour 3 cart, masses of smoke and smell. - - - I don't run my carts even close to dry (if I do, by accident, I chuck them) and I tend to drop in a few drops before wandering down the garden if it looks dry at the top of the cart. Never had this before with any other juice. Never had this with any of the cartomisers I use. The liquid looks thin and drips/drops in like water? What do we think? I have some atomisers coming tomorrow (for DD), should I test the liquid or will that only wreck a £5 atomiser the same way it ruined a £1.50 carto? Help....

Did you give the juice time to be absorbed into the carto filler material Djs?
Normally I let my Kangers sit for 20minutes after the first fill before I use them.

No.2, possibly not, but filled from the bottom (condom-style) and topped up if needed. Takes a while to get from office to garden and make a cuppa too.

Did you buy them all from same vendor/supplier?
Could be a duff batch.
Try contacting whoever you bought from and tell them the problem, they might have had other complaints, so can sort something out with their supplier.

Just found another one, topped up with flavour no.1. Ruined also. Is it safe to test these 3 on an atomiser? or is that a stupid question? (I haven't ever used atomisers and dripped)

Other than a bad batch of Kangers . . . it doesn't sound like the filler is thoroughly wet through before you're using them Djs. Personally, I always top fill them as I don't like the condom way of filling . . . lots of people do and it works for them, but not me.
Have you one that you'd be prepared to experiment on, top filling . . . up to the top of the tube 4/5 times with juice, then leaving for 20 mins or so . . . just to eliminate one of the possibilities?

Id say its definitely a faulty batch.
Try an atty, 3-4 drips at 1st, then top up as flavour diminishes. If OK that way, then cartos are DOA IMO

Did you also buy the e-liquid from the same vendor as you bought the cartomisers from?

had a similar experience with JAC's megacarts, sent back and were replaced with there 50mm carts. yet there 35mm v3 carts work brilliant with wadding removed centre wick left in and drip 3-4 drops in,last absolutely weeks if you dont mind dripping evey time for 7-9 drags at a time, not practical for my work environment. id say they were faulty if using usual eliquid and ask for replacements

Did you also buy the e-liquid from the same vendor as you bought the cartomisers from? No, completely unconnected. The Kangers filled with DK (JacVapour) and HS and Griz have all been fine. Just the one with the newest juices. (None of the above) ???

Ta.

Im starting to think this might be a cheap liquid that has an oil substance.
Dont want to get a vendor a bad name, so not asking who suppied the juices. But was it supplied by an established vendor..... No naming at the moment though, please

You can usually wash out an atomiser with hot water, so you can probably save it.
But I doubt if it will be any better with the atomiser. If you've had no trouble with other juice it is a bit too much of a coincidence, and 'drips like water' doesn't sound right to me. I'm thinking maybe the vendor deserves a bad name. Are they on the AAEC Vendors list?

(and the dog too)
