it's all brand new with some new juice (should have tried with the old favourite first for comparative reasons) ... it's like a hyper-taste, not dissimilar to a Vivi Nova. Might have something to with airflow. Not unpleasant ... very intense though. 3 turns gave me 1.2 ohms and the Vamo cut off. Not what .mm the wire is ... all came in starter pack from China.
Guess it might take some time for it to bed in.

I find I prefer some juices in the gens and others in the RDA or Rebuildable drippers, Just depends on the juice I feel

Looks fantastic, that has to be easier than winding coil round a normal wick, right?

looks pretty easy when scott bonner does it in his vids, i dont think u need to use a pin or anything either, only thing is he has some industrial looking blow torch to oxidise the mesh heh
edit: i think u can place a pin in the middle of the mesh to keep a small airhole tho and to hold it into the flame

can't comment since I haven't done that yet ... went straight for the mesh :-) I imagine that since the mesh is sat in the slot when you coil, it is easier.
The bit that took the longest was rolling the mesh to get it thin enough but the pre packed mesh sheets will fit. I snipped about a centimeter off the top end. 3 coils came in at 1.2 ohms. It fired then it dropped to 1.1 and Lady Vamo stopped me from going further. This has been vaping for the afternoon and is still reading 1.6. No idea what the wire thickness is - am sure someone clever can work out what it must be from these figures.
This is my first effort at rebuilding and can't comment on the quality of this against more expensive variants ... be interested to know

Found I wasn't pushing hard enough and when I exerted more pressure it slimmed down quite a bit. It's been a while since I rolled mine own ... :-)

Oh, I boiled the mesh before using since it smelt quite chemically, aside from that followed Scott's instructions to the letter
