What's going on with the vape mail?

Is anyone else finding the service off-the-planet slow? I wonder if it's because of the snow or something?

I got a 3-juice pack today, ordered 8 days ago.
The juice ordered on Monday (last) is not here, and yet the juice I posted to a forum member on that day at 4.30pm arrived the next morning.
My "rant-juice" (the zero nic) has been in the system for 7 days and 3 hours, and the rescue juice sent to me from a kind forum member is now 5 days in transit?

Not that any of this worries me, as I'm not vaping at all today..... ??? but around here (in a major town/city) things are normally so fast.

I asked at the P.O. about 30 minutes ago, and as far as they are aware it's business as normal. Over a week for 1st class large letter?

If its any help I ordered for next day delivery on Thursday for Friday delivery date. Didn’t show up, and customer services had no reason for the delay, just a rubbish excuse of sorry put a claim in and we will refund you the postage within 4 weeks of receiving the claim....

They sent it out for Saturday (my work does not take post on sat) so I went to the sorting office with ID to get my parcel. As advised by the customer services, got there and they said sorry you need a bill to your work address.......ok because I have bills to my work address!?. Had to drive all the way back to work get a payslip and an invoice for a car repair done by our work which had my name against the company and my home address. Went back to the sorting office and they said apparently it was out for delivery even tho our company does not take on a sat.

I made a bit of a scean and said I was due out of the country and this was unacceptable so she made a phone call gave me a postcode (a tiny country lane) and said meet the postman here in half hour... I drove there and thankfully he was there and I took my parcel..... Good they sorted it but not impressed with the service at all. And more so with their stuff you attitude.

Apparently, Puffin (e-liquid) have had some trouble too....

So, maybe it is the snow?

i'm a total idiot. been ordering from all and sundry and not keeping records. i'm sure i have some juice coming from spain (free P&P) but this could already have been delivered
waiting on puffin order, hopefully here by wednesday (order compete on the 25th)
i have checked and rechecked my emails but still clueless. i shall have to keep a diary!

Let's hope for that...

If Puffin are having a spot of bother their end, and some of us are having a bad run this end, it looks a bleak picture for the old vape mail.

There is def sommat weird going on, deliveries i used to get next day in 2012 now take best part of a week. It seems I only get stuff next day if I pay for Next Day Delivery.

their website is down but they did have dos attacks recently. hopefully they will be up and running soon. annoying when you're waiting isnt it!!

My mail is working as normal.
Ordered something Saturday and it showed up Monday and was normal first class, not signed for.
Ordered something yesterday and it showed up today, normal first class postage not even signed for.

Maybe your local sorting office is having issues or indeed the suppliers are having issues.
Then again I do live somewhere where they play musical postmen, one will deliver to us at 12PM while another sometimes isn't at the door till 3PM. On top of that out of three postmen we get regularly only one of them seems to know what a doorbell is for and the other two knock quietly - the door knocker is approximately half an inch directly above the large push button for the doorbell, we are considering putting a very large arrow pointing to the button.

My best ever vapemail was ordered and arrived the next day, about two hours before the email confirming the order showed up and three before the dispatched email arrived.

I spoke to my postie today.

At "this" end they are a day behind (hence why VE samples took 2 days instead of 1... )

At some sorting depots they are 2 days behind (Vendor's end). Worst-case areas hit by snow, he though maybe up to 4 days.

4 days and a weekend to boot.....might explain quite a bit.

I'm starting to think it's a welsh thing...Postie's in Wales are too damn laid back!!
