So what does it mean to me?

Just got 4.5 % (45mg) vanilla custard and am vaping it the same as my normal 20ish percent. I've also vaped 0 % for a few days and each seem to be the around the same effects so any idea what's happening here? Cos , man, I AM CONFUSED with a capital C. Do I just like the sensation of inhaling and exhaling? Obviously it will be a hell of a lot cheaper for me if I dont actually need nic liquid.

Nope, no idea what's happening at all. But I guess it is possible you are not actually addicted to nicotine, merely conditioned to a habit.

45mg is a lot, and there must be at least a slim chance that if you continue on it you will get addicted.

Since nicotine is a really stupid drug - major addiction for a tiny hit - if I were you I'd stop doing the 45mg right now.

I'd stick to the 0mg, but keep some 20 available in case you get cravings - don't want to risk going back to fags. 0mg isn't just cheaper, it may be better for you. We can now pretty much prove that e-cigs are massively better than smoking, but we can't prove they are harmless.

If I vaped 45 mg for very long at all, my head would be spinning like a top. Weird how different we all are. Sure wish 0mg wouldn't make me a terror to be around . But I ditto Giles %100, you lucky duck!

Yeah I agree that I'll kick the 45 into touch just in case. It does just show we are all different aye.

If it's the flavourarts 45mg it says on the site that the bitextra full hit with flavour added is actually 38mg and if it's the bitextra smooth vg+ with flavour it's 29mg
