Got my e-cig but...

Hi after my trip to Rojeans (very helpful guy by the way) I left the shop with my newly aquired E-cig filled with juice ready to vape
My last roll up was 12:30 this afternoon vaping has taken the urges away for most of the day but now I'm struggling and really want a roll up. I got 24mg nicotine juice should I have gone for a higher mg?
Should I have a roll up to ease the craving or hold out and keep vaping.

Many of us did a bit of both at the beginning! Count the ciggies you don't have not the ones you do!

It can take a wee bit time to get the right set up and juice, so it makes sense not to put too much pressure on yourself at the beginning

yes it took me about 3 days to get of the fags completely

some do but I never did , I started as I meant to go on and found it quite easy, I was well suprised after 35 yrs of smoking , but I do know lads that vape ,and smoke alot less, suppose it depends on how much you want to give the fags up. I found it easy on 24 mg

Perhaps, or perhaps your not getting enough throat hit? Throat hit was very important to me in the beginning

or, perhaps you're just not vaping enough!

I did, no fags after my first ecig, but many don't. I have struggled on many occasions though to keep vaping and not go back to a fag.

The longer you go without a fag, the worse they will taste when/if you have one again.

Vaping can sometimes be a struggle when you get a perfect storm of everything going wrong, but don't be afraid to ask advice, don't take everyone's word as gospel, we are all different and keep making changes till you get where you want to be.
