Well, I'm no expert but looks like all you'll need is a bottle of vg, something to dilute it (vodka) and whatever flavour you like. That's the ingredients. You will need syringes and empty bottles for mixing.

Yes, the basics are that simple. It gets more complicated depending on how fussy you are about getting the right flavour. For example, if you like menthol flavours you might need crystals and I dunno what else. I only do tobacco flavours and I'm very new to mixing. There are others on here who know a lot more about it than I. No doubt they will answer any specific questions you can think of.

if you want 50%pg and 50%vg with a 20%flavour no nicotine the pg carries the flavour the vg gives more vapour and the flavour you can adjust accordingly an example would be 3ml pg 2ml flavour and 5ml vg giving you 10ml of 0 nic ejuice
pg can be ordered from boots or there are other sources online vg you can buy from the shelf in boots as above 200ml for £1.29 (dilute with approx 10%vodka/de-ionised water and shake it well to make it less viscous) flavouring from the usual sources cupcake world flavorart etc
edited to add a smal pinch of crushed menthol crystals added will give an extreme menthol flavour to your mix but give it a good shake to dissolve the crystals can also be obtained from boots
