It's suddenly not working

Put it on charge but the green light is on

Tried an evod, vivi nova and clearo but nothing is working!

Only had it since Tuesday and had to have the charger replaced upon delivery because the pin was broken

Have you tried raising the centre pin on the battery?

Yes I did as I remembered that was an issue but it didn't work

Yes it's on and I've just cleaned the contacts and its still not working

I'm wondering if it was damaged as the charging cable was damaged in the same blister pack

Possibly. Do you have another usb lead and wall plug just to eliminate things?
