We were discussing this on another thread recently. If you type shisha into the eBay search box, it comes up with thousands of listings. Obviously a loophole.

Ebay have on these listings, a Ego 650mha battery for £3.20 delivered. (be careful there is a lot of
overpriced rubbish on these listings).
Newbies take a look, but check with this forum before you buy, for advice which "WILL" save you money.
