Great wicking material, but it does come up bigger than other same size silica. Available in 1, 1.5, 2 and 3mm.
I have been using 3mm in my Spheroid, Kayfun and Taifun GT. Wicks well and dryburns a treat, comes back to white like new and with it being braided, there are no loose fibres to worry about.

I'm asking about ekowool that has a strand of silica within it. See the link in my post. Ahh, my bad. I wonder what the point of that is? The 3mm. Ecowool is chunky as it is. I know when I have pre-burned it, it goes quite solid. Doubled up would result in quite large coils. It will be interesting to see some reviews.

It will be interesting to see some reviews. Well, I've ordered some to have a go with it. However, as a cack-handed tw*t who struggles to make even the simplest of wicks, I'm probably not the best person to be offering up reviews.
