Have you been asked to stop Vaping anywhere .

I do know some ailines have banned Vaping because it could be misunderstood by someone at the opposite end of the plane saying "If they are smoking so am i" But have you been told to cease in any other public place.

Nope, I vape everywhere...however, I do stealth vape (by holding the vapour in, then taking another inhale through my nose) although, after a few pints in the pub I get a bit braver.

One of my colleagues (a smoker!) complained to our manager. When I asked her why, she said she didn't like the smell. I agreed to try a different juice, and she's fine with me vaping fruit flavours. She just doesn't like RY4.

Tucked myself away where the staff couldn't see me though

It was a blue metallic DSE901 with blue led so no one seeing it could possibly confuse it with an analogue.

That's the weird thing - she also hates the smell of real smoke! Only buys one pack a week.

I've offered her a go on mine, even offered to lend her a PV to try at home, and she wasn't interested.

Weird....it barely smells...

Otherwise vape everywhere...it's called the positives of paranoia..makes you that wee bit bolder..

Vape cards are my lifeline though sometimes....eg...was vaping on a bus last Sabbath on way to A+E - could quite clearly see some teenagers at front of bus say to each other 'she's smoking a pipe' - walked past them on way to get off and gave them a vape card and smiled

So yeah have a wee draft of one (must modify them) that I got from somewhere else...

Cookstown - N. Ireland - Everyone seems to ban vaping because in their eyes it "looks like Smoking".

Cafes, Bars, Hotels, Restaurants, Cinema - all say NO!!!

I rang the Council Environmental Health Officer who told me that since Vaping was not smoking, I could do it anywhere I liked on Council Property so I decided to put this to the test...

I went to:
Council Leisure Centre and even asked if I could vape and was told to go outside.
Council Arts Centre/Theatre and was told the same
Council Offices (where the Environmental Officer works!) and was politely told to "step outside".

Really it causes more hassle than it is worth - BUT I intend to keep annoying/offending and making a nuisance of myself until Cookstown finally gets the message.

Yeah Starbucks says I can vape so long as it doesn't offend other customers...

Decided it wasn't worth the hassle. However when winter comes I might change my mind
