Today 28th September is my FIRST anniversary without smoking a single cigarette. I want to thank all the members who over this period, have given me advice and encouragement. Without this help and this wonderful forum (AAEC), I would still be smoking. There are too many individual members to name, so I thank you all.  Happy First year "SMOKE FREE".  |

Massive congratulations jeffc - I passed my 1 year anniversary about 2 weeks ago. It's a great feeling isn't it? And I agree, the forum folk are just ace at helping and encouraging. Long live AAEC!! |
