Wasn't sure whether to put this in the shopping forum or not, as it's not about deals but feel free to move it there if that's where it should be!

Taking a trip with my OH to their B&M shop in Peterborough on Saturday (we should meet up for a drink g3mma !)

Any recommendations that I can melt my debit card with?

Already on the list are some new juices (don't know which ones! That's where you come in) and clearos, thinking evods as that's what I have now, but the ones I got from eBay don't seem right, my battery connector point is always covered in juice and they gargle so often, thinking I may have got clones. I know it could possibly be user error as I'm still new to vaping but I make sure never to overfill etc.
If I were to try new clearos I'd like them to be bottom coil I think.

So yes, juices, clearos, any other handy things I could get? I only have 1 battery (1000mAh twist) so should really get a back up, would a smaller non twist type one suffice? Any particular ones I should go for or avoid?

I'm not loaded so nothing too extortionate!

I've been to their shop and it's fab. Places to vape and a lovely sales assistant and not much on display but a very nice sophisticated shop

not to worry, possibly user error or more likely you might like to keep the condensation down during use. i have clones, after recoiling good as new.
Just wick the air way out with some rolled tissue, works every time for me.


Hmmmmmmmmmmmm menthol mouthwash, now there is a combination to wake you up in the morning!!

Its an excellent guide done by Super-Shiny & could just solve your problems.
When i was using evods after filling & when the evod was back on the battery i used to push a cotton bud down the drip tip as far as it would go & twist it to mop up any spills, its helpful for condensation too.

Sassy are they open on a Saturday now as they didn't use to be? It's a good store with friendly staff and they have a stand with all the juices for you to try! Little area to sit and Vape it's really nice, Also did a little hunting and the Dragon pub in Werrington welcome Vapers so will be going there, they have always got live bands ect on the weekends I will let you know once Ive checked it out.

As for hardware I love EVOD's and find as charon said just turning them upside down to let the condensation out usually does the job and I prefer them to some of the more expensive stuff!! Also if your happy with the battery you have just get the same one as a back-up, no need to confuse things if you have a set-up your happy with!

How is the juice I sent? have you tried it and I hope it arrived in 1 bit!

g3mma - The one in Midgate is yes, the one attached to the warehouse is only M-F though.

I have looked at the the tips and tricks thread before the only thing that works is taking it completely apart (including the head) and dabbing and cotton buds down the mouthpiece etc but within a few puffs it's doing it again, such a hassle.
I took out the 2 flavour wicks in mine which seems to have done the trick but didn't work for OH's (we got them from the same seller)

I could do with more anyway really!

And the juice is great, thanks so much, currently tooting the coconut ice and OH yoinked the blackcurrant as I'm not a blackcurrant fan in general, he loves it though!

Sassy that's good to know it's open on Sat! Glad your enjoying the juice! I must admit I have never had that much of an issue with my EVOD's I guess they might be from different manufactor's. There are plenty of other things to try, how about a mini Protank/Davide? They use the same heads as each other (and the EVOD heads to I believe) Plus they are glass so don't have to worry about tank cracking juices

Im taking a trip up there next Tuesday to sample some of the stuff they have. If you like tobacco I hear there pipe sauce range is good. But I want to go give there Vermillion river range a try

just athought, the mini protank on their site specifies it's Non Kanger..still glass though and at that sort of price a real steal. if you wanted to go genuine then shoot over onto Myepack site..very good and quick too.

Sassy another tip someone gave me when i was using evods was to ensure the head was screwed in tight (but not too tight) & also make sure the small rubber grommet that fits on top of the wick is pushed down properly.
I got fed up of the gurgly evods though & also because of tank cracking juices i tried the Protank mini & the Davide mini (glass tubes) i didn't get on with the Protank as i don't like the coldness of the steel drip tip, but the Davides have interchangeable drip tips, they are brilliant i have 5 of them now & touch wood in 8/9 weeks not had any that gurgles or leaks !
