Ok something odd keeps happening with my PT2. Been working great, no leaks etc, then today it starting tasting a bit off and not much vapour, so I think, hey maybe the head needs changing, so I change it for a new one. Then there was hardly any vapour and the draw was very tight, had to suck really hard (stop giggling at the back) and nothing much was coming out ??? I take it all apart, put it back together, the same thing happening. After twiddling about a bit, I found out that if I loosened the atty from the battery, it would make the draw normal. BUT then that made it leak. I tried another new head, incase that one was duff, but the same kept happening. So now I've got a choice of either having a really really tight draw, with hardly any vapour, or having the atty so loose that the draw is good but it leaks all over the battery. I've taken the head apart, fiddled with the little rubber ring thing, mopped it all up, but both problems keep happening. Anyone any idea why this is please? Thanks.

Smokey I have found with mine that if I screw the bar onto the tank section to tight it starts to leak. Could be that. Don't really have any other ideas if I am honest.

Roscopecotrain - do you mean the 'base' - sometimes I find that screwing it in really tight puts undue pressure on the little silicone cap which closes over the wick, allowing juice to leak through. I presume this is what you mean?
