Apparently, most nic absorption takes place in the mouth, I watched a vid on YT about this some time ago but sorry no link.

I tend to draw a lot slowly into my mouth and then inhale. (if it helps)

12(ish)mg should do you fine. Depends what your long term vaping objective is as much as anything.

My Mrs was smoking five a day in week and upto ten a day on weekends.

Gave her protank kit with only 6mg B&H and she loves it.

Try a couple of nic levels to see what suits.

I use 18mg but have ordered some 12mg so can vape more, that's my theory, and may get 6mg for last thing at night so nicotine doesn't keep me awake.

I tend to keep most of vape in mouth and only inhale a bit as read nicotine absorbed just fine in mouth (though I susspect less is actually) and too much inhaling bothers my throat sometimes, probably the dryness.
