((( Beepsie & Roachie )))
Is the knurled part of the button, wound down as far as it will go towards the body of the GGTB Beepsie? It could have got moved to the locked position, up to the head of the button without you knowing.
I've binned a couple of batteries thinking they were duff, when infact I'd not unlocked the button.

I've had no joy in firing up the GGTB as yet Have spent the last hour and a half faffing about with it but still it appears dead. I don't know what's going on (or not). My last hope is that the first battery that I charged was faulty in some way and the second one should be fully charged up soon to try again. Jay assures me that both the batteries are ok so I'm feeling pretty concerned actually. and fed up! I know that the spring inside the button is not the original one but have seen D-I-Y vids explaining that a biro spring can be used. From what I can see here, the button is making contact. Have also adjusted the hexagonal nut at the top to no avail.

Hi beeper, Im sorry your having no luck but i can %1000 assure you that i tested it as i said in the PM for a good 20 mins before sending to you and honestly it was fireing up fine.with a 901 carto and with my 510 adaptor.
I can only offer for u to send back and i give you back the money.TBH im feeling a lil down over this as it makes me feel bad that you cant get it working and yet it was 100% before i sent it.
I do hope you can sort it out as its making me feel quite down on top of other probs im having.

Now don't despair you two, it's something very simple that can be fixed . . . there's virtually nothing to go wrong on a GGTB.
Beepsie - have you a Trustfire 001 multicharger by any chance, as I've some spare batteries that I can send you.
Is this GGTB a 510 or 901 connection and what atomisers are you using Beepsie, are they working on other devices?

I seem to have very unintentionally upset Jay I am sorry about this. Please realise that it's nothing personal Roachie as I have explained. Just want it to work! Perps I'm not yet 100% sure it's the battery. I'm awaiting the second one to charge. The charger is a single battery one that looks similar to the one on Moju

Once the light turns green on the adapter, it should be charged. The +terminal on these is the smallest of the two ends. It must be something and nothing, like perpy says, there's not a lot to go wrong. Are you using an adapter with your attie?

Is the atomiser you're trying to use suitable for 5v vaping Beepsie?

The battery charger holds a single battery 18650 it says so I assume that's the batteries that came with it too. Using a standard 901 atty btw. is this wrong?

im pretty shocked reading this thread as their is very very little that can go wrong with a GGTB, ive got the very same batteries and the charger that comes with them isnt the best in the world but it does its job and is the only type available for those type of batteries. when i got my batts and charger my batts didnt have the + - on them and i had to guess which way around to put them in the charger as they came with no instructions on which way to put them in. im sure youll get this sorted out beep and find it was something really stupid that was over looked as their really isnt much that can go wrong with the GGTB, the button on all mt GGs doesnt press in much maybe only by a mm if this helps. do you have any other batteries to try untill you get the charging sorted out ? if you get stuck you could send the batteries to me as i have the right charger and ill test them and charge them for you but knowing j hes a man of his word and wouldnt of sold anything that didnt work 100%
EDIT
just to add here beep DO NOT try and charge those 5v batteries in any other charger as they are charger specific and should only be charged in a 5v charger not a 3.7v

No, standard 901 should work fine. When you said you'd been adjusting the top pin, did you screw it all the way back in, might not be making contact with the atty

You should be fine with a standard 901 Beepsie, I'm assuming it works all ok on your Screwdriver. Personally, I'm not a fan of those 5v batteries and think the charger is of a very poor quality. If I were you I'd scrap those and invest in one of these: www.mojurepublic.com/products/Trustfire-TR0001-3.7V-Multi-Charger.htmlAnd I'll send you some batteries that you can use in it - have you the false battery that goes in the GGTB?

Beeper,
Are the all the contact points clean? The cap where the atty screws in, the hexagonal thingwee inside the cap that contacts the +top battery and the spring where the -end of the battery sits?
I'm using standard 901 on my GGTB with a 17670 battery and it works very well.
