Looks like some names on that list had nothing to do with the letter and don't agree with it.
We should hold our fire (ire) until we know who supports this and who was innocently abused by their name being used without their knowledge.
If we find any company that stands up and admits to signing up to this we should do our level best to make sure they go bust and are out of business ASAP.

I disagree, I can't imagine how the could rectify this maybe complete retraction and resignation of TVECA CEO would be a start. The commission has been using inaccurate and/or lots of out date information to support their position and this just allows to claim substantial industry backing. If the members of the TVECA, there are not many, are not aware of the lobbing done in their name or support this attack on the pro-vaping community then F them like they are doing to us.
The damage is done, all we can do is vote with our vape budget, I now think I will also boycott vendors that stock their products as well.
