A couple of weeks ago, I order my 3rd set of Evods (purple), but sadly an itaste EP was sent that I didn't get on too well with.

I contacted Ash on the website who offered me either 1) a refund, 2) exchange or 3) £10 off something.

Me, being incredibly lazy didn't want to pack up the itaste and post it back, and couldn't be bothered to get a refund because the £10 refund would have just got swallowed up by my bank, so I asked if it was possible for him to just send 4 eliquids. Ash agreed.

In the meantime, I increased my Evods up to 10 (5 different colours) and got Mini Protank 2s for all of them.

They ALL arrived within a day or two, perfectly packaged.

I received my brand new MVP Frost today (haven't opened the box yet) and only ordered it Thursday evening! It is sat on my shelf daring me to open it.

I still hadn't received my eliquids, so I phoned him this morning just to check, got straight through to him & he said that he had actually posted SIX flavours to me & I should receive them Tuesday.

Ash does his best & despite the error of only one of my orders, he has ALWAYS delivered, so +1 for myepack and Ash, who as soon as there was a problem, tried to sort it out asap.

Well, it was just the fact that when I phoned him just to ask where the 4 eliquids were, he said "I sent you 6 flavours on Thursday".

SIX!

I can't remember what he said the extra 2 were, but that's pretty good if you ask me.

One of them was Strawberry something, but that's as far as my memory remembers
