I got my latest nemesis through the group buy from focalecig, I think that's the name. Anyway switch was fairly crap imo so I decided to investigate and see about improving it. First remove the switch and unscrew the silver screw that holds it altogether, you should have these parts Take a piece of sandpaper, something around the 600 grit should be fine, lay it on a flat surface and sand down the black plastic insulator part, not much, just a little at a time till you're happy with the switch travel I also found the little pin was slightly to long and not allowing the screw to sit totally flat so I filed one end down a bit too Next the spring, I stretched and end to make it fit properly over the brass piece you can see here, it should slip over the outside of that inner part Then it's just a case of putting it back together Fit the brass piece with the spring on to the outer cap and line up the little hole for the pin Then stick the pin in Now put the screw back in and check it sits nice and flat and is nice and tight. Regarding the sanding down of the black plastic part, be sure and just do a small amount at a time and recheck the travel, to much and it's ruined. Anyway doing these things has VASTLY improved my switch, feels a lot smoother and I get no more misfires. Next on the list will be a stronger spring but still, it's loads better for now. heers
