I have to say our hermes lady is brilliant. She is always very pleasant and never had a problem. Sorry to hear you won't get your bonus padiho. Dishonest people are sadly found in all walks of life.

Thanks Tom but I never count on the daily bonus , there is always some problem or other to prevent you getting it. If a parcel needs a signature and customer isn't in to sign...bonus gone because it hasn't been delivered!!! Still it helps put the bread and butter on the table so won't complain

Just want to say that the Hermes guy that delivers my packages is first class. A really nice man, and if I'm not in he always leaves my packages in my garden shed.
As far as parcels being stole I had a PS4 stolen last December by Citylink. I know that they definitely had the parcel as the tracking showed as on its way to Belfast. The next day I checked tracking again and the status had changed back to still to pick up from sender.
I have no doubt that some c*** took it as a Christmas present for himself or someone else.

Had plenty of bits go missing from Hermes the female driver if not in just dips parcel on doorstep used to get lots of craft stuff I ty to avoid Hermes now and rather opt for Royal Mail even if it's slightly more expensive.

I must have been lucky, in all the years from ordering stuff for my hobbies at the time (Tropical Marine fish keeping/ Corals, Radio controlled aircraft, and now vaping, I have never had anything go missing.
I did have a couple of unscrupulous E Bay dealings where the seller never sent the item, but no issues with RM or any courier.
Maybe because we live in a small village, all the posties, even the Hermes agent know everyone.

If delivery persons were to wear body cameras the companies would 100% know what was happening - just a random thought.
ETA: And surely cheaper than all the insurance claims.
