So i scratched my Zero clone up on the bottom whilst doing the dna 40 chip swap over It's really pissing me off and I want to sort it The zero cone bodies are kind of a brushed finish I just want to get rid of the scratches, either by having it a polished finish or whatever Any ideas? I use autosol (chrome, aluminium and metal polish) and some of those very fine cloths baby wipes or PC screen wipes are made of. You literally add a tiny smear onto a cloth (I use a dishcloth for applying) and the baby wipe cloths for buffing. You can probably also buff up your mod with cape cod cloths but I do use this with very shiny mods and tanks...
If yours is slightly brushed you can maybe try a fine scotch brite pad? but looking at the finish, It looks like my billet box? which is aluminium. I autosol mine regularly and it removes all the fine scratches.
I'm reading up on this - youtube has some decent videos as I'm plannning to try scotch brite pads on a polished base I need to look brushed to match top....

Great advice decoy and it would probably be a lot quicker with all the intricate bits round buttons, display etc
