Greeny1210 Right I can see what you have and are talking about now...... You don't need the adapters so just get some bloody great big grips and take them off, as I said before do it square to the threads as not to cross thread or take out your i sticks female thread......You can then get to the postive pin if required (brass thing on the istick in the middle off the 510 connector) you can then raise it with a small flat head screwdriver to get a positive connection. You might not need to do the latter with the Aerotanks straight onto the i sticks, depends if the adapter has pushed it down and has a deeper 510, the male thread. The mega, put a small screwdriver in the air hole and turn anti clockwise until it locks, this will give you the leverage to take the base off without any damage. Wrap an elastic band around the main tank section to get some grip if you have to. If your silvers sort of working then sort the mega and blue first, don't take yourself totally down. Good luck. Sweet mate, cheers will try the aerotank thing, Pliers will not work on the adapter though at all, saying that the pliers I have are 1 is too big and clumsy and the small ones look like they came out of some xmas crackers from poundland. so ones taking off the metal on the adapter and the small ones are just disintegrating. managed to get the blue one off ..well my old man did had to take it to work and use a vice, mould grips etc, can't do it with the silver one for now though My emow mega is also now stuck

You don't need he-man, just leverage and grip...! the air hole on these Aerotanks helps for that part......

Have you tried the rubber gloves to get the aerotank apart ?? My tank wouldn't budge for days it was stuck so tight my hand kept sliping of it or hurt to much , I put the rubber gloves on ( disposable ones like what the doctor uses) or washing up gloves and I shifted it , I now never tighten any tank to tight as it happened with the mini nautilus as well couldn't shift that without the gloves I have man hands lol

Greeny1210 what a shame and a waste of money maybe Greg can help you with the adapter problem and you never know the tank its worth a try id say rather than it just go to waste hope you get it sorted, I learnt the hard way about tightening to much I did it with everything I don't anymore I can tell ya, though with the adapted it does sound like the threads but I'm no expert but good luck hope you can save something

Hi mate The Isticks are mostly cool now, got the blue ones adapter off and think I should be able to sort the silver one The aerotanks are my problem at mo, got a v2 and mega both totally stuck and both brand new with brand new microcoils in, also got a emow mega with same problem, can't shift em, just the airflow moving and seems looser and looser Tried everything but just seems very clumsy and give up before I just launch it at the wall haha Thanks again for the generous offer
