Since getting my subtanks and delta 2 I have dropped my nic level to 0mg or sometimes 3mg but any more than that I can't handle in these tanks. Trouble is I have loads of 6mg juice laying around theat is now too strong! Most are premium liquids in 15ml bottles, how much vg/pg should I add to lower the nic? Not too fussed about losing a little flavour. Seems a shame to waste it all

If you want to go from 6mg to 3mg you will need to mix 50/50 liquid and whatever VG/PG mix you want. You will lose quite a bit of flavour. Or buy some nic free in the same flavour and mix the 2 to suffer no loss of flavour

If they are 6mg/ml and you want to dilute to 3mg/ml then you would need to add the same again in plain PG/VG. (i.e. 15ml of 6mg/ml will need another 15ml of plain PG/VG to produce 30ml at 3mg/ml). This will seriously dilute (half) your flavour though. [ETA] 'ed by lairey again!

Thanks for your help lairey and Postmodern Smoking I will have to get through it in my old tanks (6mg is still OK for me on mouth to lung hits) and just buy/mix 0mg for my new favourite tanks ;-)

Ive gone from 18-24mg to 6mg in a year, the vastly improvement in tanks has helped. Thinking of dropping to 3mg in a few months when ive got through the 2000ml of DIY ive got mixed and steeping..LOL

I would seriously re-consider doing this bigdsb, half the flavour doesn't seen like a lot but it will change how you like the juice drastically. If you must, try a small amount first with one of the stronger flavours to get an idea of the final outcome.

Best suggestion is to buy nic-free if it's available, and then mix the two. Halving the flavour is going to make a drastic difference, as *-SARIN-* says above.

I feel your pain as I'm in the same boat. Have TONS of 12mg (which is fine in a protank or aspire etc) but in a rebuildable its blowing my head off! So I'm going to have to vape loads of juice in my shop bought/coils tanks -- it could take me a year to plow through I was one of the things I didnt think about when I moved up through my gear from ready-mades to rebuildables......

I just can't believe how harsh even 6mg tastes in these tanks! My homemade now is so simple tho, 20% 10%vodka rest vg :-)
